It was another beautiful day and I was having a really relaxing and fun time at WDW. Today we started off with breakfast at Dixie Landings - at Boatwrights. The host was a sweet guy with a personality to match. He showed us to our table after some very funny conversations about some of the rides we should do at MGM. Then we had a very quick waitress which I do like because when I finally decide what I want to eat, I don't want to wait very long for it to be served. Thus why I don't eat out very often. After breakfast, we headed out to Downtown Disney for more shopping, of course. After all, it was Christmas shopping that beckoned for me to shop there. I always find myself in the Christmas Shop there for more ornaments and I really don't need any but it's always fun to add more Disney to my tree. Then it's over to the World of Disney which seems to be a very happening place. After watching a family put on the many hats and take pictures, it was time to get serious. What was I looking for - unique items to share with my kids, of course. I always have to give them something from WOD, they don't get to visit as much anymore. When it's time to head back to OKW, I told my friends that I would go out and take in some sun by the pool. They were tired and wanted to nap anyway. So, off I go for the jacuzzi and the pool. This is the life! Relaxing and taking it all in stride. After an hour or so, I decide to head back to the room where my friends have decided what they want to see next. And, they have a list! It's time for MGM - they want to eat at Prime Time, go on the Great Movie Ride, see Sounds Dangerous, and see Fantasmic and the Osborn Lights. Well, that's a lot to do, seeing as it's already 2:30. I explain that if they want to go back tomorrow, they could see Fantasmic when I go to get DH at the airport. So we can take it easy and see as much on their list tonight and finish the rest tomorrow - all agreed. So, we headed to the Great Movie Ride and they enjoyed that, then my friend's hubby was hungry so we headed over to Prime Time. Our waitress, Greta, was fabulous - involved my friends all the way with their "cousins" in the room and we all played along. My one friend and I split a meal (the meatloaf) so we could save room for a banana split - to die for. After stuffing ourselves beyond belief, I didn't think I would be able to walk it off, we headed over to Sounds Dangerous. My friends loved it - and couldn't stop laughing. By now it was getting dark and they were all ready to see the much heard about Osborn Lights. I had already seen them a few times but they are unbelievable. We took our time and walked around looking at one side and went back in to see the other side. That is the most awesome decoration of houses and lights that I have ever seen! Makes me feel like a kid just to be there! My friends and I could not stop talking about them all the way back to the car. Another very fun day for me - to say the least. Now we head back to OKW to plan our next day's activities. I also have to plan around the arrival of my hubby as he is supposed to be flying in the next afternoon but the weather back home in Detroit is not so great.

Whenever they call me a dreamer, I think of Walt Disney and smile:)

You had a great day! Did you notice the grill with the flames in it during the Osborne lights? Disney thinks of everything dont they!

Yeah, Snuggles, it's just amazing how they even decorate the lawn mower, chairs, and drinks outside of the homes. Were you able to find all of the Mickey's and the 1 Minnie in the lights - took me a few trip, but I found them.

It sounds like a wonderful day. I can't wait until I get a chance to see the Osborne lights. I hope they keep them forever. :)

Thanks for sharing your trip with us. :)
