Hi all....This is my first try at a Trip Report so hope I don't bore you all.

It was Myself 41, DN 15, DN 13, and DM 67 who has Altimers and Diabetic which you'll hear more about in the report as it became an issue on the trip.

We caught the Red Eye Flight out of Seattle which is a 5 1/2 hr flight and 3 hr time change forward so arrived at 7:15am on the 15th @ MCO. After stopping at the Nasa Store and buying a Launch T-shirt for a gal at work we worked our way down to the Magical Express counter for Check In.

I got the feeling something was up when the gal walked over to another two Cast members that looked to be Supervisors and next thing I knew there was 4 or 5 Cast Members around us and One Gentleman took my Digital Camera that I had out in my hand and said I'd want Pic's of this. They then led us outside and gave us a little speil about the Motor Coach and how we had a special one awaiting us and it would be arriving in just a moment. Next thing you know a White Limo pulled up. The girls at first didn't know what to think, they thought it was something I had planned to suprise them until I said no it was one of the Magical Moments, they were all excited and loved the ride.

Stay tuned alot more to come!

Since we made it to the ASMU so fast from the Airport we were all checked in by 9am. Our room wasn't available for us yet as I had requested a Ground floor room since I Rented a ECV for my Mom for the Length of our stay. So we left our carry on's with the Bell Hop desk and picked up the Scooter and off to Epcot.

We just took the Morning slow and wandered around Future World. Visited Innoventions and had Pictures with the Characters. DN 15 tried the Beverly and of course I had the Camera Ready - Yes I'm bad :rotfl: she looked for the Trash can pretty fast and spit it out.

We got Fast Passes for Soarin before heading to Lunch at the Coral Reef where I had the Diver Sign and personalized Menu arranged as a suprise for my DN's. They loved the Personalized Menu's with their Picture's inside there. DN 15 actually fell out of her chair when the Diver came by LOL. She hadn't been paying attention and glanced to the tank and he was right next to her. She let out a yelp and jumped and fell out of her chair hehe. It was funny.

OK i'm in we also live in WA state were do u live exactly we live in Arlington congrats on the limo i would flip if that happened to us on our recent trip!!!!

I took alot of Food Pictures at the places we ate but will save those for a Food Report if I can manage to get around to it. I feel like I'm getting to long winded.

After Lunch we did The Seas with Nemo & Friends and Soaring " The kids love Soarin" We go to Disneyland every year and they've always loved it so it was a must do at Epcot. By this time it was 2:30pm and everyone was tired from the Red Eye flight and also wanting to Shower and clean up so we headed back to ASMU. I was totally suprised when I found that all our bag's were in our room, Including our Carry On's. Wasn't expecting that at the Value Resort so was a nice suprise.

The girls crashed on the bed's and were out in no time. DM wasn't far behind them after her shower but I couldn't sleep so unpacked my bags and organized all the extra stuff I had brought. Food Stuff, First Aid Supplies, anything and everthing you can think of I had ready.

I was still wide awake so went ahead and decorated our Window. Did not see any other window's decorated our whole stay. Was kind of suprised but figured maybe it's more of a Pop thing instead of the All Stars. Anyway the girls thought it was cool we had the best decorated window there. This Pic shows the Towel Animals we found there the next day.

Those drawing's in our window are from DN 15, She has awesome talent. More on that later as it was noticed by other's during our stay.

Thank You, I actually live in Vancouver/Portland area. DN's live in the Seattle area. The Limo ride was a great suprise and just added that extra kick start to our trip. My brother also asked me if I had set that up as he knew I had done alot of extra Planning and had suprises planned myself like the Diver/Menu. We actually got another dream Team suprise on our last day and a little extra something another day too. I'll get to those later though. Thanks for reading my report, I feel better knowing somebody is out there lol.

Thats great the diver menu was really exciting also. The only thing I won during the trip was a tink pin the things that are one to keep one to give... The funny story is I lost the one to give pin on the ME

After the nap's and shower's everyone was refreshed again. I made the girls unpack their bag's so I could put them up in the closet and out of the way.

Back to Epcot we went and again took our time and headed to The Land as we had a 7pm ADR at Garden Grill. We were seated right on time if not a few minutes early. This was our first Character Meal of the trip and we had a good time. Was very good Character Interaction. We loved Chip and Dale.

DSCN1075.jpg

The meal was ok, Not the best of the trip but enough to fill everyone. Flank Steak with Mushroom Cabernet au Jus, Rotisserie Turkey with Cranberry Relish, Homestyle Potato Casserole and a Selection of Fresh Vegetables.

DN's both love Catfish but thought that was pretty bad and after a couple bites left that alone.

Dessert was yummy - Very Berry Puff Pastry

After dinner we visited World Showcase from Canada to Japan and watched Illuminations before heading back to the Resort and Bed. I planned on torturing them and had a 8am ADR for Donalds Breakfastosaurus.

Your trip report is off to a great start! That's so cool that you all were surprised with a limo ride from the airport.

I have a friend who lives in Vancouver, WA. He flew to Orlando to join us as WDW last month. It was his first trip to WDW.

Enjoy your TR very much great to read about someone else from Washington doing Disney since it seems like everyone up here does disneyland compared to disneyworld even though we do both

We walked by your window every day and loved it! First floor of Jazz Inn #2, right?

Yes that was us! We had fun watching people take a look. My DN-15 had a note left about her drawings which was really nice. She got a kick out of that.

Thank You, We usually do Disneyland also. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've been to Disneyland. I used to live in San Diego and went all the time. My Grad Night was at Disneyland way back in 84. We still go at least once a year. Disneyworld on the other hand is pretty new to us and so far that it won't happen on such a regular basis but I'm still hooked.

It's funny though the kids told me they still like Disneyland better. Guess it's all in what your used to. And they didn't like the heat and humidity of Florida, it's totally different then California.

Hey, you forgot me! :sad1:

:grouphug: Sorry Randy LOL, I responded to those messages from work this morning and got side tracked until now "Lunchtime" I'm so bad can't stay off here hehe.

That's great you got to meet up with your friend from here. Have you ever visited here? It's a very Beautiful part of the country.

Day 2 is coming up when I get home. Internet service at home was super slow last night and I gave up trying to post anything. It will be Animal Kingdom with Donalds Breakfast and Tusker House. Also Pirate and Princess Party in the Evening. pirate:

Yes, I visited Kirk in Vancouver once. He's originally from White Salmon, WA, so he took me on a tour of the Columbia Gorge with stops at Multnomah Falls, Hood River, and his hometown, White Salmon. We also stopped to eat at some small town between White Salmon and Vancouver. It is very beautiful out there!

On Day two I had warned everyone that it was up and at it early as I had a 8am ADR for Donalds Breakfastosaurus. I'll tell you now it was always me up at 6am each day showered and dressed before I woke them up. We "Never" made it to a rope drop the whole trip grrrr lol.

We showed up 10 minutes late for our ADR but checked in and was called alomst right away after our family picture was taken. I didn't know what to expect from this Breakfast after all the mixed reviews on here but I didn't find it crowded at all or feel rushed to get out of there either. The Characters seemed to be rushed through though. Didn't care for that so much but we still enjoyed it. And we now can say we did it before it switches over to Tusker House.

DSCN1134.jpg

We then made our way over to Expedition Everest for fast passes. The onto the Safari which we all really enjoyed. I love watching the Giraffes. DN-13 loves animals and took ton's of pictures of them. Mostly the ducks and rabbits we found outside our room at ASMU.

SUC51673.jpg

It was then onto the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail followed by the Wildlife Express Train up to Conservation Station. We spent about an hour and a half or maybe 2 hours up there. Of course had to get our Pic with Jiminy Cricket who we never see at Disneyland.

DSCN1153.jpg

Lunch we went to Tusker House as I wanted to visit prior to it closing as a CS. I know all the hype this place get's but I just don't get it. The food was just ok to us and the customer service was baddddd. I wasn't impressed.

Onto Expedition Everest - It was a fun ride but I thought it was to short. That's really cool how they stop you and go backwards. And the Abominable Snowman was awesome.

Onto the Kali River Rapids - The girls and I went on this and had a great time. I don't think there is a way to not get wet on this LOL. Felt really good on a hot day though.

DSCN1217.jpg

After watching the Jammin Jungle Parade which we got rained on briefly. Lasted about the length of the Parade lol. We left back to the Resort to rest a bit and get ready for the Pirate and Princess Party. We knew we would be back to Animal Kingdom another day and would hit the things we had missed.

When asked if they wanted to go as Pirates or Princesses the girls said Pirates. There was no way they'd dress as Princesses LOL. I bought our costumes on Ebay. They turned out to be perfect and well made.

DSCN1325.jpg

I managed to get us to Magic Kingdom almost exactly at 7pm. Was wanting to be earlier then that but didn't happen. The girls wanted their Picture with Jack so we headed there almost right away. Yes we were one of those crazy people waiting a hour in line for a brief visit and Pic.

DSCN1263.jpg

The girls then insisted on riding Pirates in their costumes LOL. Again we wondered and took alot of pictures. Everytime I saw a Photopass Photographer during the trip I made them stop and take a pic. During the Pirate and Princess party you get a seperate Photo Pass for that party. Worked fine for me, just another thing to add to my Scrapbook :rotfl:

The girls had fun looking for the Treasure spots and Riding the rides. They really did get a kick out of being dressed up at Disney. I think even for a 13 and 15 yr old they'll always look back on that and remember the fun they had. Right there it was worth the money. We stayed until closing enjoying the atmosphere, rides and meet and greets. It was worth it to go. Perfect weather the night we went too which makes a huge difference.
