We're so excited. 4 days to leave! And a week till Cruise.

Can't sleep, can't concentrate on work and weirdest of all are the sudden burst of happiness with cravings to scream out "I'M GETTING HITCHED IN DISNEYLAND".

I'm not stressing out, but I'm definitely nervous for all the traveling. Even though I used the DCL packing list, I hope I don't forget anything for our FT wedding. Also the thought of the route with half a day of traveling and 3 hours flight Bonaire - Curacao - Miami - Orlando.
I’d understand if your feelings are mutual even for shorter trips.

All of you on the way or leaving soon have a safe trip.

Q1: Are there any CD/DVD players in the staterooms or do I need to pack extra speakers for my mp3 player?

Q2: We get married on the 5th. Do you think we're allowed to take some pictures in our wedding dress on the cruise?

There are no CD/DVD players that I remember in the room just a TV. If you sick and have to stay in your room with will get you one then.

Not sure about the dress. Can't see why not. Maybe you could call or ask at guess services when you get on. You will have your dress with you anyway right?

Before you start getting ripped apart here... you are getting married at WALT DISNEY WORLD... not DISNEYLAND. Disneyland is in California. Some people get real upset over those types of mistakes!
Anyway.. how exciting! I am sure you will have a wonderful wedding and I wouldnt see why DCL wouldnt let you get some pics in your wedding dress! I say do it! HECK... wear it to dinner one night! Lots of magic coming your way!

I don't think it would be a problem... if we can catch some time on one of those sea days, I'd be happy to take some pictures for you. (I am a photographer.)

Ok... I am going to bed... so when I wake... it will be officially 3 DAYS TIL WE LEAVE!! WOO HOO!!

I CANT BELIEVE IT! We have been counting down for SO LONG! And its finally here! Then what? Its almost 2 years til my next cruise! .. Guess I will just have to visit the World a few times before!

6 Days until the Cruise!!!!!The 6 days is less than the size font I use...7 is the font!!!! Isn't that cool???????? There are 6 M & M's in this logo!!!!!
I can hardly believe that next Saturday morning at this time (3:10 a.m. EST) I will be in FLORIDA and be only hours away from the MAGIC SHIP!!!!!!!
Today I sewed patches on a LIME GREEN hat that I will wear to the terminal. The front patch is the head of Jack Skellington. The side two patches are of Mickey's head and the MM Icon on the USA with the stars and stripes. I think that with that hat being unique that I am bound to see some Dis...ers! Joy, I will be looking for you first. DS (Basil Fox) will have on a Lime Green Polo shirt so between us we should be visible!
Now, if I can only finish a Mickey/Minnie Dress I am trying to make. I have it all cut out (good intentions, huh). Maybe I can work on it this weekend.
Hope everyone had a good Day after Thanksgiving. DS and I went shopping and he introduced me to a new store: Hot Topic (that is where I found the Jack Skellington head patch).
I think the idea of having pictures taken in your wedding dress is cool! I would come to see you...Happy Wedding Day! Will you and your DH be wearing the MM Bride and Groom Ears?
Question: At the Orlando Airport (MCO) does anyone think I can find the Pirate Girl MM Ears? I want to wear them on Pirate night. I found a pair of LACE gloves at Hot Topic today to wear with my outfit and I think the Pirate MM Ears would be a great addition. Otherwise, I am going to have to contract with one of you lucky souls who will be at WDW this week!

WE ARE!! We will be at MVMCP Thursday night! Just bought our tickets! I am not going to sleep Tuesday night I am so excited!
We are doing EPCOT & DHS on Wednesday, MVMCP Thursday night and AK all day friday! With trips to 50's Prime Time Cafe and Chef Mickeys!
We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge for 3 nights beginning Wednesday! WOO HOO!

Does the gift shop carry a Polar Fleece Blanket with the DCL Logo? I have one from WDW and DLR so I want to purchase one with the DCL Logo. I don't want to bring another fleece (to keep warm at night) if I am going to be able to get one on the ship.

I honestly don't remember then having a fleece blanket last year. And I about lived in the gift shops. Could be wrong....as they had so many items.

I looked and can't find my original file.... I will keep looking. Back when I created it, i wasn't filing my images in any sort of order so it's a bit LOST!

5 Days til our WDW Vacation Begins!It has finally sunk in that my countdown is OFF by 1 day. When DS (Basil Fox) put the countdown ticker in my computer he must have keyed it to count down to Friday, December 5th. That is the day we fly to Orlando. So, we really will start our OFFICIAL Cruise in 6 days (this font is #6 so it corresponds).
I apologize if I have mislead anyone into thinking that the cruise started in 5 days!
Thanks for the advice from several people about the polar fleece blanket. I will bring one of the others I have to keep warm at night and hope that maybe the store will have a DCL Patch that I can sew on a blanket.
DS (Basil Fox) also lead me to Kathleen's Spreadsheets. Thanks, Kathleen, for them. They are a GREAT help to a first time Disney Cruiser!!!!! The Packing List is better than others I have printed out from various sources.
All clothes are CLEAN and laid out for packing!

That is just all the better for you Disney Lady!! It's even closer now!! We fly into MCO the same day. I wish I was as organized as you though!! I am trying to get everything together. The girls have been slowly getting all theirs since I know I won't have time! I'll still be doing last min packing the night of the 4th since I have to work that day! But then I'll have some much needed down time!!
