Has anyone on this sailing received any cabin upgrades? We were upgraded from a cat 12 to a cat 11 which is great in my book. We are just happy to be on the ship and not under the nightclubs.

I will definitely do a photo album for Xmas... but wanted to do something onboard! I will definitely be decorating the door a little! I have already done that.
Has anyone had the chocolate tower? Or the Bon Voyage? Or the Fruit & Cheese Platter?

I ordered the bon voyage package with the cake and banner for my brother's family in October and they said it was wonderful. They loved the decorations so much that they brought them home. I don't know about the bon voyage platter though. It looks yummy!

Ok... I want to do something nice for my parents but dont have a lot of $$$ to spend. They paid for this trip as a christmas/birthday gift so just as a thank you I wanted to do something. Anyone have any suggestions? I thougth about getting something from Shirley delivered to the ship but she cannot do food items correct? Any thoughts? They are not spa people so that would not work plus too much for me. Any thoughts on the disney cruise gifts?

I have had clients rave about the chocolate tower. Shirley can do some food items. I would give her a call. Just know that the delivery charge that DCL charges is a little steep so ask her about pricing with the delivery charge. She does great work!!

we were upgraded from category 12 guaranty to category 11 (deck 6). ever the optimist, we are hoping for an additional upgrade upon checkin. if not, no worries, a cabin is just a cabin, a place to sleep and shower and is it even possible not to have a fabulous time on a disney cruise?

OMG, the 3D would be awesome if we had it for our cruise. My kids are BUGGING to go see "Bolt in 3D"!!!! and I told them we'd see it on the ship but they are like "but it's not in 3D"....

I am also hoping for Photopass to be up and running by the time we get there. I would much rather pay $150 for a CD of all the formal images than $150 for prints. I never do anything with the prints!

Me too, DH always asks why buy alot of pictures when they just go home and sit there? I could do so much more with a CD

It's been near the same here! High 80s the last few days. Weather Channel has it going to 65/45 on Sunday, so it's time to bundle up though!

If you want me to send you the wristbands ahead of time, PM me for my mailing address. I'll need a check for $2 per wristband and a self-addressed stamped envelope. It should probably be just 3 stamps, I'm guessing but I will weigh it tomorrow and let you know for sure.

Another RED Letter Day--It is 20 Days until we get our dose of MAGIC!!!!!
I ordered the Bon Voyage and Birthday Celebrations from Disney. Can't wait to see them! DS (Basil Fox) is making Door Decorations! The proofs he showed me are AWESOME!
DS tracked the documents (I am in Virginia again--rainy weather!--need ) and they are due to be delivered on Monday. I think when I see the ACTUAL Luggage Tags the Excitement Gauge will be in over drive!
I have a 2 questions for anyone.......Do any more Tea dates and times exist when we get on board even though they show none to be available on line? In other words, should try to get a date and time or is it a waste of time? Do I need some of Tink's Pixie Dust?
Also, would this reservation be made in the same place (and where is it on the boat) as where I would go to try to attend the Tea with Alice and the Mad Hatter ? I want to go to that one also.

My nephew with the broken heel has been given the OK to travel

We'll be the easy ones to spot in the terminal, one kids on crutches, but we'll all be there. This will be an interesting trip, especially the beach days, still not sure what type of final cast he'll have on for the trip, but hopefully something we can easily get the sand out of!!

BABY POWDER! it's on my packing list. Apparently it makes the sand come right off... so hopefully a sprinkle inside the cast will be all it takes! Will it be fiberglass/waterproof? My daughter got when she broke her wrist and it was so much nicer for her to bathe and swim with it than worry about it. And I was totally expecting wrinkly dead skin when they took it off but the only difference was that it was paler than the other arm.
