We just got married Saturday and we are headed to the World in 10 days!!! I can't believe how the time has flown. I have not been to Disneyworld since I was 16 and I have never been on a cruise! I'm having a hard time getting any work done between the wedding and the honeymoon! Can't wait to see you all there!!!!

We are expecting our docs today via big brown truck! I did a little more shopping last night for some this and that at WalMart. Today's goal is to go through the packing checklist and see what else still needs to be purchased.

Ugh - I need to get a luggage scale. My big fear is going overweight on the return trip!

It is 18 daystoday until the cruise !!!! Made it to Williamsburg, VA and back. Slept most of the way and most of the time there!!! Am a bit better, still coughing, though!!!!!I NEED the Caribbean weather!!!!!!
Welcome to all our new people ! Welcome to our Wedding/Honeymoon couples. I have ordered the Bon Voyage and Birthday packages so I have TWO big cakes to get eaten. Maybe we could have cake somewhere that first day!!!!! You all could show us how NICELY you give each other cake. I seem to remember (27 years ago) that we kind of smushed the cake on each others face!!!LOL

Listened to 14 podcasts down and back from Williamsburg (when I wasn't sleeping-(it is 12 hours down and 12 hours back ). It REALLY got me geeked for the Cruise and WDW!!!!!!

As of today we leave in 9 days!!!

We can't wait! My DD 6 called me at work this morning before school and said "9 days!!"

I already told my boss that I will essentially be worthless until I get back from vacation as mentally I'm already gone!! Anybody else in my shoes??? I know there are!!

YES! I AM TOTALLY IN YOUR SHOES!! I obsess on the disboards and other disney websites most of my work day! I do what work I have to! HEHE. I will completely useless for a few days once we get back too... its called after vacation depression! 9 Days for you! 15 Days for me! Doing the world first as I assume you are too!

Big New Flash!!!!!
Just got back from Target (waiting for prescriptions) and when I was there I found the NEATEST Disney thing!!!! It is a Door Magnet Advent Calendar with Mickey Mouse on it. It has a Mickey Mouse Icon thing that you slide from date to date!!!!!!! They also have it in Pooh and Princess themes!They were REALLY cool, also. It was only $6.99. The rectangle door magnet is 8 and 1/2" by 10". It has Mickey Mouse in the left corner. He is wearing a Santa Hat : and carrying a Santa sack. On the opposite corner Minnie is wearing a Santa Hat and has LOTS of gifts. I plan on putting it on our door on the ship !
Just the thing to get me in the Mickey Cruise Mood. Also, got our documents today so that helped, too!
Saw the Doctor today and I am still in the Bronchitis mood!!!!! Bah Humbug. Am on lots more medicine to get rid of it and the COUGH!!!! I told him I have 17 days and he BETTER get me well by then. He mentioned going to hospital and I told him---NO WAY. I am crossing my fingers and toes, etc.

We got our cruise documents today and we are thrilled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now if I can just get packed, and get the house clean and keep it that way!!

We received our docs yesterday as well. There's not much to them anymore, now that they are available for printing online, but it was nice nonetheless.

Still checking our ressie online but no change in the cabin #.... no biggie - I love the room we have, and we've been upgraded twice in the past, so I'll leave that pixie dust for someone else Besides, we got the freebie upgrade to first class on our flight so I cannot complain about our good luck at all!

Are we settled on meeting in the Promenade Lounge at 3 pm on embarkation day?

Does everyone know where the Promenade Lounge is? For first timers, it's easy to find... it's a long lounge that runs along one side of the ship, between the mid and aft elevators on deck 3. I don't think many people are hanging out there on embarkation day so we should have some breathing room.

If you have any changes to your cruising info that you want me to include, please email me or PM me as you get it. I'll wait until the last minute possible so that I can capture all the upgrades that you get assigned. I also don't have photos for everyone so please try to get one to me... I've gotten the Hidden Mickey list from DisneyLady so we'll have some fun looking for them!
