First time DCL cruise family of 4--any suggestions for the Christmas/New Year timeframe? And is anyone booked yet for this trip? Staying 4 nights at Port Orleans, then 3 nights cruise.

Nope, we are not booked for Christmas 2004, but Christmas 2005! Anywhooo, were you wondering what to do at WDW during the prio/postr cruise timeframe?

If yes, may I suggest the Candelight Processional? It is a wonderful show. If you book the package it will include dinner and priority seating for the show. Considering the time of season you are going, it may be crowded and this would be a good idea.

Thanks. Will look into that. I'm looking for 1)anyone else on this same package and 2)ideas on what to see/do for the 4 days at the parks. I know with the short timeframe and the crowds at the holiday, we won;t be able to do everything. All suggestions welcome!

I would probably post this question over on the Theme Parks Board with your question about the land portion in the heading. You are going at the best time of year (IMHO). We always head to WDW for either the first or second week of December. The hotels are beautiful to visit- esp WL & GF. And at MGM they have the Osborne Family Lights- wonderful. You are right, the parks are pretty busy that time of year.

I hope you find someone else who is going at the same time as you!
