12/24/08 Christmas Cruise on the Wonder

We survived the 1st day of school! It was a great, fun day, and my 2nd graders are precious! But I am WORN OUT! it's mac & cheese for dinner tonight... JoDale, loved your dinner story. My kids think "cereal night" is a big treat!

Adrianna, are you still out there? How was your son's 1st day? How did YOU do?

I've tried to keep up with the thread a little, in the midst of school prep. Brenda, congrats on your new cruise booking! I'm afraid to look online at the ship...we've got to pay for this cruise first!

The noodles are boiling, so I should go feed the kids. I could fall asleep right here!

Sorry I haven't been on in a while but we have been busy getting DD adjusted to 1st grade and moving my DH's parents. They had lived in the same house for 38 years and they are packrats. After this experience, my DH and I are determined not to be the same.

We are in room 7004 and AndyManGA and my parents are in room 7006. My DD turn 7 on Dec. 27 and DS will be 21 months.

Both my parents and I are planning to do the Fish Extenders.
We have the 1st dinner seating and no resort stay. Just couldn't convince DH that it was necessary.

DisneyMama27 - I know my DD would love to have a buddy. We'll have to get them together.

I just got an email passport application update. Says our passports have been processed,and mailed. We should expect them on or about 7/19/2008.

well first. It is 8/26/08

second we got our passports one week after we applied. In April

Yup they are just a little behind in their updates

I went in,but didn't stay to watch the reveal. We have satellite and I didn't want to risk exceeding our bandwidth allowance. It will be up on the Oasis website in an hour. I'll watch it there later. There were too many people logged into the trade show, I knew that could be a problem.

I was going to post the link where you could watch it later, but they are uploading the new info, so it will be awhile before i can get it for you.
