I can't 100% promise, 'cause I may not get to the place that I know for certain has them...but I will check in the places that are close to the Mirage. I know I've ended up seeing them at other stores besides the one where I got the shirt for Denise.

I'm up for joining Dee. Supposed to get to 100 here today. Nice time for a fever. We had rolling blackouts yesterday. It was fine until I tried to open the garage door. hello. no electricity no getiing in the house.

Sierra LOVED her first day. She told me all about her new friends and how nice her teacher is. Thank you GOD.

Ah, Disney's biggest competitor...Dreamworks...lol. Spirit is an awesome movie. i love it. He is really a buckskin, since he has a gold colored body w/ black mane and tail. The biggest buckskin giveaway is the black dorsal stripe running from the main to the base of the tail. lol. Sorry to get technical, but since horses are my thing...well...yeah... haha. glad you are feeling better.

I want to get back to Las Vegas, without the kid this time! We were going to go for our 15th anniversary next year but we are looking at Hawaii for spring break and cannot afford both AND the 10 day cruise. Guess which lost!

CSI is my favorite show anymore. Can I replace one of my island guys with William Peterson?? Now if I could just remember who I have... gotta go back and check at some point I guess.

I had a sucky morning. My blood sugar bottomed out so bad that dh, who was on the phone with me a the time, ran several red lights to get to my office, tore through to my office and shoved glucose tablets down my throat. When he got me with it enough to check, my blood sugar was at 34 so I hate to think what it had been! Ugh.

I need a break!! At least dh and I are escaping over labor day. Off to NYC to see SPAMALOT! I am so excited!! Don't know what else we are going to do but we have a couple of days so it should be a nice break, and no kid. DD is going to stay with the SIL. Hurray!

OMG.....NYC - Labor Day. That is our annual Labor Day Trip (but not this year). I know a great, actually, the best (IMHO) place for Italian Food in Little Italy if you're interested. You are getting a much deserved vacation, enjoy it!!

Glad you are feeling better, Denise. Take it easy or it WILL come back and even worse. Yeah!!! Sierra likes her class. That always makes it easier to watch them leave each day.

Mary Ann - My sister talked me into going to a jewelry party and I ended up having a fun time. I bought a bracelet for me (wore it on the '04 holiday cruise) and an earring/bracelet set (donated for a fund raising auction).

Unfortunately resting is not in the cards for me. I have Mom all weekend and that is not relaxing at all as she takes a lot of care. I love her dearly but she makes life difficult sometimes. Ah well, she is happy living in her own house and across the street from us and better that and a little inconvenience from time to time than her in that nursing home!

What is the name and address of the restaurant? We don't have anything specific in mind so who knows....

HAA you can't get me. nasty allergy to costume jewelry. I wish I could though because then I would wear more baubles. and no the special treatments that you can put on the stuff doesn't work either. I did warn my DH about this condition when we were dating.

I wish I could be lazy today! I have to get Mom fed and dressed when she gets up. I really need a shower but don't dare do it until she is up or she will be ringing for me constantly and I can't leave her waiting in case she needs to pee. Then all kinds of errands that need to be run today as the frame store is closed today. Tomorrow will be much a repeat, but dh will be home so I can leave Mom and dd home while I do the grocery shopping, then come home, do laundry, etc. Ugh. Weekends are more work than Monday through Friday!

Oh well...a week from now we will be waiting at the airport to head to NYC for several kid free days, hurray!

I went back to work, started my term as PTA president, continue trying to finish my field work for my administrative credential and we are trying to get the house ready to sell. A bit too much at once. It sounds like everyone is as busy, especially since school has started. I just keep dreaming about those wonderful topically destinations.

It is a great day here today. The weather couldn't be better. Got a jewelery set last night. Nothing great and very expensive (as thoses parties usually are).

The woman sneezed, took out a tissue, gently wiped her nose, then visably shuddered for about 10-15 seconds.

The man went back to his reading. A few minutes later, the woman sneezed again, took a tissue, wiped her nose, then shuddered violently once more.

Assuming the woman had a cold, the man was still curious about the shuddering.

A few more minutes passed and the woman sneezed yet again. As before, she took a tissue, wiped her nose, her body shaking even more than before.

Unable to restrain his curiosity, the man turned to the woman and said, "I couldn't help but notice, you've sneezed three times, wiped your nose and then shuddered violently. Are you O.K.?"

"I am sorry if I have distrurbed you. I have this rare medical condition, whenever I sneeze I have an orgasm."

The man, more than a bit embarrased, was still curious. "I have never heard of that condition before", he said. Are you taking anything for it?"

"Yes, the woman nodded..........."Pepper."

Now THAT was funny!!!!!!! Made my day, even with the massive headache I still have from yesterday!

Got a sitter for tonite so Mom and I are going to see The Brothers Grimm. DH was supposed to go but he won't be back from Chicago in time. He and his boss went up to Crown Point to get a Bobcat and ended up having to wait two hours while they guy they were buying it from got back from Chicago! Oh well.

Hi pooh luver .... I don't think I have seen you on here since I joined a while back, welcome!

I found some great hooks by 3M (the ones that don't leave marks and come down...Command, I think) today. They come in a package of about a dozen and are small and clear. The picture shows them being used for light strings....ooh perfect for putting lights up around the porthole in our stateroom!

Man, I wish I was going to WDW soon. I took SIL, dd and niece last December so that was my trip there for the forseeable future.

gaRry, yeah, I think your work will be waiting when you get back....

thats great. yes the park is still open, but after memorial day, the park is only open on weekends. if you are thinking of coming out, please bring your horse. I would love to go on a trail ride the farm has some great trails. lol. Just let me know. we would be happy to have you. would even pay your board (for the horse). i will take the whole weekend off. just PM me. lol. ttyl.
