Jen...I got my new Canon Power Shot Pro1 digital right before the Christmas cruise....it is a sweet camera! And even better now that I know how to use it....I had to keep reading the manual throughout the cruise!!

oh hush! The Rebel is the best though. I Cannon cameras. I really really want a Rebel and a Sony Handycam.

not helping. I can't afford that. I want too many things. An ipod is first. Then a Rebel, then a handycam. lol. I will need some pixie dust to get all those.

Jared is saving his money for an i-pod, too. He bought an MP3 player yesterday to hold him over till he can afford the actual i-pod and docking station, etc.

I thought the price for that camera was pretty good, compared to most.
You'll learn the magic word when you get older:

What kind of Ipod does he want? I don't care. I want a blue mini or the 40GB one. But any ipod is fine with me. target sells the Rebel for 699.99. I don't know if they sell the handycam in my store or not, but I'd probably get it from there if they did because I work there.

He wouldn't mind getting the mini, he says they are the only ones that come in colors...but he'd rather have the "bigger" ones that hold more songs. And he was looking at one that has speakers and you can attach it to the car radio.

I don't think that even Santa can afford one of those.

the car docking port is expensive. OMG get this. My mom's friend's 6 year old son has an ipod. That is way to sad. I can't even afford one for myself. he got it as a gift from his father.

nope. He listens to grown up music. He plays Halo (the really bad game with all the shooting and stuff) that is for adults. His parents really don't care either. Too sad. He is way spoiled.

I'm off to look at cars today. Our one remaining vehicle is up on lease and we need wheels man.(I think I grew up in the 60's when actually it was Southern California) We are gonna buy used to avoid the payments and reduce the registration fees. Part of that one income family budget thing.

Okay here is a dumb question, but does anybody know the spanish for the monorail please stand clear of the doors. Doing a direct translation isn't what they say on the monorail.
