Just got back from open house at dd's school. She is so cute, just loves to show us her classroom, etc. Now I am tired and want to go to bed but she hasn't even gone to bed yet and it is almost time for my massage (SIL does massage therapy...my back loves her). Then CSI, then bed....

We're switching back and forth between the Diamondbacks game and CSI.


gaRry...... we remodeled my bathroom when we did the rest of the house several years ago. The entire house was all dark brown. All the tile in my bathroom was dark chocolate brown. So I went with the lightest colors I could to brighten up that bathroom. Mint green and white. Picture white tile and grout with a welder in there. He comes home, and he's black.
It was not a good choice. I would love to change it. Over Jay's dead body.

Hi everybody,

wow I've been busy. Mom and dad went up to Alaska to see my sister and dad fell. They came home last Sunday and I have been taking care of them since. He broke off a piece of his humerus at the ball and is in a bit of pain. The orthopedic surgeon gave dad the option of surgery which dad declined. He's 83 after all, and not having full mobility of one arm vs. going under the knife was no hard decision for him. So they are staying with us. and man I am beat!
