What do you mean don't pay attention to me???? :p I'm not as ahead of things as I want to be! I guess DB IS coming out right after Thanksgiving so it looks like I may not be able to pack until a week before we leave!!! How the heck am I supposed to do that??? I am usually half way packed by this time!!! Ok, I'm starting to twitch here.... :rotfl2: :joker:

I have enough drama in my life right now. Watching reality television would be redundant for me! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

you amaze me kat

Jen, I can't help it if I am a terminally organized type A personality! It's just how I am. I'm not as bad as my father, though! And I do have a lot of other things going on so I have to get things done as I have time or I won't be ready :confused3

yes garry they did hit...lots of bad storms...

i am just amazed Kat because i thought my mom was really organized lol...

Oh, ok.

Where is everyone today?? It is much quieter than usual in here. :rolleyes1

:bored: :bored: :bored: :bored:

It's 'cause Susan hasn't been around....

Susan, I just read your stuff from last night about your son not having grown...that's how 16 year old was (is, but changing finally). They all do it at different times....our Pediatrician said if there was no sign by his 15th birthday they might want to test a few things to make sure all was in order, but by 15 there were signs that changes were coming, and at 16 changes have started...

Susan, cool that you are getting Lexi a car. Dave has been driving a Volvo for 8 years that he is going to give Patrick (and trust me, he can't wait.) It's sporty enough, but very safe. I'm sure he'd rather have a truck-y thing because that's what so many boys drive, but Dave thinks they are rollover risk...and gas eaters. Because of cruise and insurance and stuff, though, Dave may not get his new car until the Spring, so Patrick will have to cool his jets...but I'm thinking one thing Santa could get Patrick is some pre-paid gasoline...he doesn't have a job and isn't in a hurry to get one...he isn't going to have much of a social life if he tries to pay for gas and fun out of his allowance...($15 per week). Hmmmm...something to look into.

Jen, you're still having heartache?

I'm here - its lunch time.

I am not going to pack until the week before. If i forget something - "Oh, what the heck"

I am usually extremely organized but I've been overwhelmed lately and gone backwards. Besides I'm allowed to let it all hang out  for my vacation.

yes because i'm sick of the lies and deciet and i'm getting out. But it hurts because i was so in love. You know what i mean?

No cars for kids in my near future! Yay. I'm not ready to deal with that one yet! Bad enough she wants a motorcycle and she's still to young for that too! oy.

I cannot work today. DH is ranting about his sister, she called and said she won't be able to get everything out until 12/9!! He is saying Dec 1 or else. Mom says ok as long as SHE is out by the 1st her stuff is ok to stay in the garage as long as it is out by the 9th. And DH is yelling at ME about it. :sad2: Can I just crawl into a hole and hope it all goes away????

iT WILL BE HARD FOR lEXI TO GET A JOB RIGHT now (sorry about the caps lock) she works on karate and homework until 1-2am. No job time. Right now I would like her to keep her 4.0 until atleast she gets accepted to college. Prepaid gas cards - great idea! But it is a catch 22 - need the car for the job and need the job for the car. She was suppose to get my husbands CRV but he blew out the transmission - shouldn't those cars last past 300,000 miles ? :rotfl2:

Oh well, daddy got the new Honda truck, now we are trying to get her a high mile, sturdy car. For very little money ;) yeah sure :lmao:

Kids now don't get allowance but do have chores.

I think we have all been there, Jen. It is, unfortunately, part of being human. Heck, the lies and deceit are part of what I am going through right now with the SIL. She WAS my best friend and my DMs caregiver in addition to DH's sister. And to find out she has been lying, etc and finding out about more lies every day :furious: ...

that's sooo terrible...i always wonder how the cruel people in this world survive

i don't want to do school work...i want to go home...get on Boo...and go for some really long trail ride
