I'm stuck home alone giving out candy too. DH is taking the neighborhood kids out. Every year he hooks the trailer up to the lawn tractor and drives the kids around the neighborhood. It has become a kind of a neighborhood tradition. (just got interrupted by two of the cutest little trick-or-treaters). I am almost out of candy, 45 minutes to go.

House is on tonight so I am happy.

Well it could also suck to be home alone?! Seem to have a lot of big kids grade 9 and 10. One even had his cell phone go off at my door. I guess as long as they can get away with it let them have their fun!!

What time do you shut down from trick and treating??? I like it that it is quiet except for the hum of my washer and dryer (great time to do laundry as my laundry room is on the main floor of the house, close to the front door) and of course the occasional door bell ring.

It gives me a chance to catch up on that celeb board.

Ours is done at 8. It has slowed way down, though, and one or two more and I may be done anyway!

What's wrong with House??? That's about the only show I watch anymore! Hugh Laurie is great! Mind you, he isn't Jack Sparrow, but he's still great.

i stopped trick or treating when i was like 8 or 9...it took time away from riding so i never went. I would ride for 4-5 hours every day after school.

It's on Fox and it is a Medical drama. Gregory House (played by Hugh Laurie) is a brilliant doctor whose job it is to diagnose strange illnesses but he has no bedside manner and no people skills. He is addicted to Vicoden and is a real jerk but you gotta love him anyway! It is in it's third season.

Well, they just cleaned me out so I turned off the light up witch and the light up pumpkin and shut off the front light. Another Halloween's trick-or-treating is done. Next up, Thanksgiving, then....... CRUISE TIME!!!!!!!!!

Have you ladies seen any of the POTC Christmas ornaments that are out this year?? Hallmark has one and I found a set of 4 balls in a box set at Wal-Mart the other day. Pretty neat!
