Yeah, but San Diego is in the State of California, so you lose points right there. Too expensive and any state that thinks a former bodybuilder/movie star makes a good governor is no place for me.

Obviously you haven't paid much attention to the recent Georgia Governors--no prizes there, either!

I like both places, Atlanta and San Diego. The thing I like least about living in Atlanta is the traffic, and Southern California would be no better in that regard. But I'll be within 1/2 driving distance of the South Carolina/Georgia coast any day! (Although a lot of Atlantans like the gulf coast, about the same distance)...and then there are the mountains, actually much closer. Is this a great country, or what!

OK, now to the bathroom...more cleaning fun....

Yes, I definitely hate conference calls. Two of them and a waste of an hour and a half! Now I have to go track down a systems person to figure out why the client's system isn't running!

Hopefully the rain has stopped. I haven't been outside all day so I have no idea!

Of course, my yard is full of silly string, (friend across the street launched an attack) and I only get about two words typed before the doorbell rings again....

But when Halloween is over, Christmas is just around the corner, and we know what that means.....

Hi everyone

Trying to catch up on the boards while stopping to hand out candies.

Spent the day at dd's school helping with parades and parties. My dd 4's teacher's new puppy got so ill that he had to be hospitalized and was diagnosed with some type of pneumonia. The teacher had to leave abruptly at lunch to deal with this. Had a substitute teacher in the pm. Kind of weird when the kids are looking forward to a special party.

Anyhow, dh is out with my girls and I am having Tchai Tea (yum) while sitting in my living room (I hardly ever sit there) but I can see the front door so it's a good place to be.

Last year we had oodles of kids- so far it's been slow - What am I going to do with all that leftover candy??

Maybe I'll ship it to Ty et al to help with that special secret project - they need brain food right??!!!
