Well I've been traveling today -- I'm in Albuquerque now. I have a conference that starts on Wed., but I've always wanted to see NM, so I figured I'll go early and do some sightseeing. I got in 30 min. ago, and I'm TIRED and HUNGRY...Room service sounds good right now LOL

It has been a strange week...My ex and I are somehow communicating better than we have in years...it makes me wistful, hopeful, but at the same time, he's been known to have good weeks and go right back to being a...well...you know...so I'm trying not to get my hopes up. But his level of honesty is downright astonishing right now. Sigh. It's hard -- there was a reason we were married from 17 years...urgh...I'm as confused as Jen!

Good Morning Everyone

Sorry I've been MIA again. Finally went to the Dr. Friday and it ended up being bronchitis (sp?). Hmmm, that would be why it fely like I had 30lbs of rocks in the middle of my chest. It was so uncomfortable to breathe, I thought for sure it would be pnuemonia. Been on meds since then and this morning is the first time I feel semi-human in a week.

Jen, I'm glad things are settling down between you and Steve. I know you have gotten alot of feedback, just wanted to add; never let ANYONE disrespect you. Seems simple, but when you get caught up in emotions (and that happens at any age) it's easy to loose sight of that.

Dee, my heart goes out to you . 17 years is a long time. You know you have lots of support here if you need it.

No, that is the task for this week. They did not want the request until 30 days out, but I will start this week since DU has not been very responsive with earlier requests I have been making . That way if I don't get timely answers from her, I will try to go thru DCL Dining directly. I don't think I will be using DU anymore, but that's another story..

In fact If anyone wants to be linked for late seating, please send me your info today - I need main ressie name, DCL (not TA) ressie number and the name of all people in your party.

Also, if you have not sent me sizes for the silicon bracelets, I will be using Jen's website for number of adults, children I need, OK?

Yes, Kat I have all your info as well as Angela's in the file. And, yes I will request for the same table for us along with our friends from England. That will be nine of us and I will specifically ask for a table for 10 for us.

Something I don't think we ever talked about was, does anyone have a particular rotation they would prefer. Personaly, I don't care, but sometimes people prefer to have, let's say, Parrot Cay on Pirate Night and such. Although, not knowing for sure what night Pirate Night will be does make stuff like that a little difficult, doesn't it .

I don't care what rotation we have. We aren't doing Palo for dinner and I believe we had Parrot Cay for Pirate Night last time so that doesn't really matter either. Whatever works. the more the merrier at dinner, too! Does the other family have kids? And the fabulusks nearby... I think it will be great fun, myself!! I am really looking forward to this whole thing! Sam just had me put her pirate Minnie hat from Julia with the other stuff I have been putting aside so we make sure it gets packed. Still trying to find something pirate-y for DH for pirate night. I know he won't wear a costume (but then I'm not either) but I doubt he'll wear a t-shirt either. I just can't find anything really appropriate I think he'd wear. I keep looking, though.

Gotta go make eggs sunny side up for Sam, back in a bit....
