So how come your still up...I am playing on my comp and doing laundry. My kids have off another week so they are still up and don't go to bed till they do...and this is post 201...lol :cool1:
Robin

Had to finish make the backs of our soccer shirts. I should be working out but I am tired. I swam today for an hour. That is enough right? I will get in two work outs tomorrow.

lol...I have been staring at my elliptical for the last 2 days and just cant seem to get on it. It is in our bedroom and it watches me all the time!!
Like right know its saying "Hay Remember me" lol

So how are you doing on your loosing weight? I believe we talked about this way back when I first started to post here. If I remeber right you have lost a lot of wt?

Well - Really Diet and Exercise. I went to a couple of those seminars about the gastric bypass and it scared the crap out of me. And my insurance company would not pay for it. So ... I have a friend that lost 220 lbs. She was 377. She is over 40. She is doing watch watchers. I didn't want to WW because I don't think it would work for me. She said to me "when you are ready you will lose the weight" I thought to myself "I am ready." So at first I just cut out the crap and eating out. That was a couple of weeks. Then I added the exercise bike. Then I replaced all the high caloric foods we loved with sugar free or low sugar. Typically we have light and fit yoguart 45 cal, cheese sticks 80 cal, Sugar Free pudding 60 cal, Quaker bars 110-120 cal, and water. Also prepackaged lunch chips 130-140 cal bags. Pita instead of bread. Broccoli 3 cups a week. Lots of Salad and Boneless/Skinless Chicken, tuna, and super lean taco meat.

That is it in a nut shell.

I think it is the snacks that have been the life savers. Never feel like I am missing out on anything. I have lost approximtely 95 lbs. since January 6. I am only 5'3" so what is kind of weird is people are just now starting to really really notice. :rotfl2: But since we will be traveling with my ILs they are all pretty physically fit so I thought I better do something. I just can't believe I spent my entire 20s so heavy.

I don't weigh to much ...149 lbs but am a big squish...I need to firm up and get my but back up where it belongs. I was 158 so have lost 9 lbs but want to get down to 140...I am 5"7. I want to get into my last crusie clothes and that is what I need to loose to get there. I love to eat !!
I need to firm up so my butt does not drag on the ground when I walk...everything seems to be sagging on me these days..

95 lbs is so great...you must feel so great that you have accomplished that.
My problem is those dang Ding dongs...I love ding dongs..
So how much more weight are you trying to loose? And how old are you you say your 20's....Im 48 and entering into lovely menopause...I'm however young at heart!!!

That's it! I am going to get on my bike right now. You won't hear from me again until the cruise. :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: Ok your right who am I kidding :confused3 My left thigh practical weighed 140. :lmao: :rotfl2: We may need to bring a hand truck to carry my butt! :rotfl2: :lmao: Good luck on those last few pounds. I have a few more than that but will be happy with whatever at this point. Just please try to refrain from calling out "hey kool-aid" when I walk past in my red dress. :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2:

32 years old, another 40 lbs, and you know the only thing that is really different is my son can practically fit in my old clothes with me, people treat me different (somehow my opinion matters more and I must have more value as a person :guilty: ), I don't double step stairs, and I fell the other day and didn't go all the way to the ground and didn't get hurt. Now the reflection of me in the mirror matches the way I have always felt.

But you know I was a happy and healthy overweight person. My doctor couldn't believe how good all my tests came back at nearly 300 lbs. I do and did want better for my ds so here's to healthier eating habits.

Your so funny....if it makes you feel better my Dh has about 60 lbs to loose. And he is lazy when it comes to working out. You on the other hand are in better shape than me because you ARE working out!!!!! So if it came down to health you rate higher tham me!!!

I don't know you...only of course through these boards..but I have always thought that you seemed like an Awesome woman. I don't care about how much someone weights only the character of that person.
Sometimes that is why I like chatting because you meet the person inside. Alot of people lie on chat rooms on there lives, and I find that to be a sham. Everyone here seems so genuine and I cant wait to meet everyone.
It is a shame and so true how people can judge others that are over weight...I have taught my kids that great people come in all sizes, colors and race and never judge anyone for how they llok but judge them on how they treat you and others.

Edit: glad to hear that you are alright and did not hurt youself..that must have scared the heck out of you!!!!

Well thank you! I can't wait to meet everyone too. Seriously, I will choke on my drink if anyone hallers "Hey Kool-Aid" :rotfl2: :lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2:

lol...I bet you will look great in your dress...how could you not after all your hard work. And by the way I don't know anyone who does not love 'red Coolaide"...
I am watching South park and they are making me laugh...do you ever watch south park?

Well my kids are finally in bed...they had fun staying up late. So I am going to bed also in about 10 minutes. Sleep well and talk with you tomorrow.

Sleep well.................Robin

Boy, you ladies added several pages last night! Go girls!

Jen, yes, I did use adobe photoshop and I can send it to you as a .pdf file.

Angela, was it you who said you had cable ties that we could use for the stockings? Or was that kara? Dee and I couldn't remember :confused3 :confused3

Thistle and Robin, the central design on the sign is the design Jen did for the back of the shirts. She also has a small Mickey with a ship's wheel for the front. The latest discussion on that was that Dee is going to have cafepress do them and we will have a choice of regular t-shirts in white or white ringer tees (with either black or blue) or a ladies' more fitted t-shirt in white for those of us who prefer a more femine still, and kid's sizes as well. Cafepress should be able to do the back portion but because of Mickey they won't do the front. Jen will make him available and we can do him as an iron-on ourselves.

Here is a thread on ordering water to be delivered to the ship for you....

http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1252460

I plan on doing this myself...lots cheeper than buying on boared.

But do we know if people are actually getting the water yet? :confused3 So far no one has confirmed that! Before ordering I'd want to make sure of that. I want to get water too but since we have two months yet I think I will wait until we get confirmation that the water is actually delivered to the staterooms. That would be cool though, not having to lug it onboard ourselves. I was going to stop on the way to port and buy some but if I don't have to I'd rather not!
