Thanks for the info on the Hipster. I was thinking that too actually, but wasn't sure.
I think you did great with your ADRs.
Came over to read your ptr and see your Vera collection![]()
OOH!!!! Did you say a BINDER-THINGY??!!!!
Re the mailbag, well I could put my keys or my phone in it and it didn't weigh it down too much I don't think it had trouble clasping, but I was actually putting my phone on the inside, where the litle pockets are... I put my credit card, room card, etc. in the part that has the slots for such things, forgoing my regular wallet. I didn't bring it. I put sunglass case, handi-wipes, tissues (these are travel sized) my camera, hair clip, lip gloss, travel sunscreen, in the main bag part... that front flap pocket, I kept the day's receipts there.... you do have to open the flap to grab anything, so the front flap pocket is useful for whatever you want to grab quickly, but today I was running around and I did put my phone there, however I didn't notice any problem... But maybe that is because the other stuff was in the bag? I even cramed little purchases in it, and a small water bottle at one point!
I think they did pretty good on your ressies too. I'm thinking if Fulton's isn't something you want, then go somewhere else. You have lots to choose from... Find something yummy!
I'm here! Your PTR title lured me in.Gotta do a BUNCH around the house today. I'll be back later!
Subbing since we'll be there at the same time! Looks like we'll be at MNSSHP and Epcot on the same days.
I went to your pretrippie, but it wouldn't let me subscribe or comment because it was completed? Your kids are adorable!!! Are you from Columbia? I grew up there (well, Lexington). Even though we're Clemson fans, I'm still glad to have you here.I'm from a mixed family, so I have a lot of relatives who are Carolina fans and most of my family still lives in the Columbia area.
I'm so excited about the MNSSHP on my birthday. Maybe we can meet up!
It's been so long since I did an installment that I guess the mods thought I was done and moved it to the completed board. I've made a request to move it back to the PTR board so I can do an update.
We live in Irmo and went to school at USC. Our entire family are Gamecock fans, but we still have Clemson friends!
I mentioned on the MNSSHP thread that you and I have some more things besides South Carolina ties in common--my DH is also an engineer and we'll be celebrating our 17th anniversary this August too.
That will be so fun to do MNSSHP on your birthday! Hope we run into each other!
We do have a lot in common!! Let me know when they move your pretrippie so I can subscribe for sure.
You have a great VB collection!! I never was into VB...my mother was a fan and I'd buy them for her but never considered them for myself. This year the girls in my Girl Scout troop started carrying them and then I saw so much of them on the DIS that I had to give it a shot. I got a hipster in Botanica to take to WDW. I love hands free! Then I bought a bucket tote in Peacock and I love it! Can't wait to get another! So many VB so little cash!!![]()
We really do have a lot in common! Oh yes, we love our American Girl doll Alice. Funny story about her. About 2 weeks before Christmas, Lily suddenly pipes up "I can't wait until Alice gets here." I'm like, "Who's Alice?" "She's the AG doll Santa's going to bring me." (We'd been talking a LOT about that request.) So I say, "Oh, you've decided to name her Alice." *eye roll* "No, Mama, I didn't decide to name her Alice. It's just her name." {Even more strangely, my Cabbage patch doll's name was Alice when I was 8 years old...I have never told Lily that before! *cue twilight zone theme*}Hi Shannon!! I found your PTR from your post on my TR!! We seem to have a lot in common! We both live in TN--however you live in a MUCH prettier area! We are both teachers--I used to teach Kindergarten. We both love Vera Bradley--I took my Cupcake Pink hipster on our trip in May. Our daughters are the same age and both love AG dolls! Our hubbies are both mechanical engineers--my hubby's company makes diesel engines.
Those are the things I'm most excited about. Staying at the Poly is my dream!! (And we paid for a castle view. Eeeeee!) And the early AM BBB appt. and CRT... can't wait!I think you will be very pleased having your BBB appt. so early in the day! You'll get to enter the park early and take pics with no crowds. Ally's BBB appt. was 8:00 a.m. and we were able to finish up there, get a photo session at the Exposition Hall, AND get some pics on Main Street before rope drop! And you'll be so happy that you booked CRT for the same day! Oh--and you will just LOVE the Poly! I cannot wait to go back!
LOVE the custom!! It will be perfect CM!! And love the story about Lily naming her doll Alice--too cute!
YES, I can't believe that people pay so much for to wear those outfits only once!! Resell is the best!Cute outfit, don't you just love ebay?
Okay, WOW!!
I just got another email from my TA. The room discount that came out this morning? She applied it to our ressie and it saved us $1800 for both rooms!! I'm in complete shock. It took $940 off the grandmother room and $852 of our room. (I don't really get that, but okay...)
I'm still in complete shock!![]()
