12/10/05 ~ Anyone else cruising.....??

DH will also be wearing a tux on formal night. They provide two shirts so he may wear it semiformal also. I have a floor length dress for formal, knee length black dress for semi-formal. We like to play dress up! princess:

Jordan, we lived in Anaheim also. Our DD graduated from Anaheim High in 1986. Were you around then?

We were debating on the tux rental....but I think DH just may wear a suit. I'd like to see him in a tux though....he wore one on our wedding day!

My formal dress is black, floor length, unless I can find something different.

I can't believe we are that much closer...each night I am picking a specific room and am going to conquer it before the cruise. I would like to come home to a picked up and decorated house!

That depends...I don't get a pay check but stay pretty busy. ;) I have been finishing up odds & ends today and working on the unending laundry pile. DH is home working this week. He is suppose to be on vacation but never seems to be able to get away from the office entirely. :(

received my cruise docs today via UPS 3 Day Select. Purchased Thru Sam's Club Travel.

Last year we got four booklets, one per passenger. This year is only one booklet. I guess they are trying to streamline paperwork.

I was surprised when we just got the one booklet too. But I think I like the less paperwork better. I like the plastic holder too, I think it will travel better than the paper ones did.

I'm home this week, but doing Thanksgiving cleaning today and tomorrow then baking and cooking Wednesday and Thursday.

My DH wore his Army uniform at our wedding, but a tux at all our kids weddings and we rent him one for each cruise. Easier than packing a suit. He likes to wear a jacket with slacks, shirt and tie for Palo so by renting we only have to pack one jacket.

I'm sure he is - I am working on trying to clean off my dining room table...it has been stuffed full of all the odds and ends.

he'll get in here at the last minute...

so no one was upgraded? I really think this is a full ship. Or at least a full"er" ship than usual....they offered Fl resident discounts before and after this. :( Bad for me!

Ever since you guys caught on, I can't seem to hit the number. I always seem to be one off. Not that's it's been fun............
