12/10/05 ~ Anyone else cruising.....??

Cristi, I love those door signs! Especially the princess one.

I finished my DCL Scrapbook in 3 months. I had to buy 3 packages of refills. I'm very proud of the work I put in. Now I'm dreading doing this new 12/10/05 cruise. I've used all my creative juices on the first one. ughhh....
The good thing is that I joined a cruise swap a while back and I have pre-done layouts and embellishments.

Does anyone know what stateroom number is the laundry room on deck 6?? It might be directly opposite of me so I wonder if we would hear "laundry room noises".

Thanks for all of the compliments on the signs! I had fun doing them. I may end up doing more.... Or would that be overkill?

Lisa, At our old house we hardly ever used the dining room, but I had a very inquisitive little boy who wouldn't leave pictures alone, so I couldn't do it there and I really didn't have any other place to do it. In this house we actually eat at the dining room table more often than the kitchen nook table. The kitchen table is usually piled high with junk since that is the closest "stop and drop" spot to the door.

Good job getting 1600 Lisa! :flower:

Mrs. Mork, since we wont be going to WDW until after the cruise, I will just have to pack clothes for any weather in those suitcases. They will stay in the car when we board & then we wont have to touch our cruise cases until we get home...and probably a few days after that.

We have to fly and so are limited to 2 bags each and the weight is a real issue now days with the airlines. Jeans and warmer clothes weigh more so I try to pack as few of those as possible. We love it when the weather is warm and we can just wear jeans and a sweatshirt on the trip there and then put them away until the return flight. We will keep checking the weather on line and keep praying for nice weather this year. We were COLD :cold: last year and wound up buying windbreakers for the evenings at Epcot.

I am still in denial...hopefully Urban can get the team to be more consistant next year... Oh well, as long as we beat those Seminoles, then it's bareable. Better luck next year right?

I am officially done with Super Soap weekend!!! Work has been a nightmare preparing, but now I can get back to the important stuff----Getting ready for this cruise!

I missed a bunch of pages on this thread since I have beeen busy at work.. lots of catching up to do, but its pretty exciting to think we will be cruising in LESS then ONE MONTH!!

Cristi, we made several door signs last year and just switched them out for different special days. IMHO you can't have too much Disney! ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo

I think you might not have your priorities straight. :confused3 Let's see...work/Disboard...work/Disboard...work/Disboard? Yep, Disboard definately should take priority.

Just another reason that I am so glad that we drive down. :flower:

Yep, but it is a loooooong drive from Oregon. Just a couple more years till we retire though, THEN we can drive! :moped:

Er......good morning. I got up about 9:30am PST, in time to watch a quarter of the 10am games and then off to church. Just got home an hour ago. Went to lunch and then walked across the parking lot to Target. Bought some more stuff for the cruise....

We will be at either AK or MGM in the morning on the 8th and then at Epcot later in the day/evening. We have hopper passes so could meet anywhere you like.

Depending how late I am out on Wed night, I may or may not be at MGM Thursday morning. I am planning on it though. The rest of the fam will have already gone before I arrive on Tuesday. So that might be good. Where are u staying? OKW?

Yes, we are staying at OKW and could definately plan on MGM for Thur the 8th. Lunch?? Or just meet up and ride the TOT? :Pinkbounc

No - for me NO LOSS is bearable!!!:) :) But thankfully FSU has lost as much as we have! (makes it a tad better)
Actually ------ I am pretty pleased Spurrier won......all "in your face Foley". They (UF) completley treated him wrong. Whether they wanted him or Urban (as it were) to coach....it's amazing that UF wanted Spurrier - A FORMER UF WINNING COACH to interview but the newbie need not.....

ANYWAY.....this is a sore subject with me.....simply because we pay outrageous $ to have season tickets....thankfully they got rid of Zook ----- who happened to be friends with FOLEY....they brought in a new president who brought in his old Utah coach.......convienent? I think not! I do think Meyer will do great in the following years but I think this year Spurrier needed to stick this win to Foley!!!

So GO Kentucky - Beat UGA and let SPURRIER run the SEC once again!!!!!

Ok - sorry to get off on a football tanget !!!!!!!!!!

Went to Walmart and got the girls a princess luggage and a garment bag for $20, which will definitely hold all their costumes....

:)

I'll PM you with my cell number and you can call and see where I am at that day. I am also thinking I'll be at Epcot--WS in the afternoon. I am at BCV.
Anyone else gonna be around that day?

Great signs Cristi!

Too bad Jordan! (nice job Lisa - that's the second one that happened on a Sunday morning).

Browns - Steelers tonight! Anyone else watching? Anyone else care?

John

Jordan - we'll be around but you may not want to be around kids!!! :)

But if so - we arrive 12/8 at the Poly and our only plans are to MVMCP on 12/9......otherwise if anyone wants to meet up feel free....we will be around!

FYI - we totally pretend we don't have kids....so you may see us in ESPN denying said children our ours!

:)

John - watching tha game - but means "nothing" to me....

my fantasy team lost by 4 to a guy 9-0....ok now 10-0!!!
