Yes we have seen the fliers at school. I can't even look at a box of them. I was in scouts 12 years. Funny thing is they were only $1 a box when I was a brownie...they were up to 2.00 when I was a senior. They seem to vary from state to state now.

OH BOY! OH BOY!! I'll have to go hunt down some girl scouts and get my annual fix. We always buy at least 15 boxes. We order 12 initally and then get a few more from girls in front of the stores. We love Thin Mints, Samoas, the shortbreads - used to be Trefoils - Tagalongs, etc., etc. Yummy!!

Dennis is playing with his new printer. He got a Cannon 9900. Prints up to 19X13. Very, very nice. He printed a couple of photos from St. Lucia that are awesome. One of the Magic in the harbor taken from a hill. The color on this printer is totally awesome. Even I am impressed and I am not the photographer.

Sure you show up just as I am heading off to bed, it's 10:30 here and I'm looking at maybe 10 hours of sleep. All this talk of going off piers is starting to scare me, I don't swim, doggy paddle, yes, swim, no.

Welcome Shannon! It is great you will be on the cruise with your DM and DD! I was on the last one with my DH - still hanging on to the chatting - I'm addicted, but we won't be able to go on this one.

We live in KFalls. We love Disney - my DH grew up summers in LA and his uncle is just a little older than him. We spend most of our vacations doing Disney stuff with his family. They live in Anaheim hills now. We have done WDW and DL alot with them.

This summer, we are taking our kids and GS to GC in DL. We sure will miss the cruise. Can't wait to go again!

Wow, Oregonians!! Very nice. I have been to KFalls a couple of times driving through to Reno. We slept in a crazy motel there the last time. It was very late and there it was. Only for sleeping, so didn't really care. We left early in the morning.

We are taking a family vacation me, MMHM, and his kids, well, my kids, too, but step-kids this summer in July to DL. It is not really the time of year we prefer to go, but I am going for my 20 year HS reunion, which is July 22. I graduated from Anahiem H.S. I believe my DM told me Jordan did, too, just a few years before me. I have been having Disney withdrawls since we went to WDW in 2003 and prior to that is had been DL in 1996. WAY TOO long.

It is unfortunate you cannot go on this one, but I know how it is. I would like to go everytime with my DP, too, but they take the DGK's instead

There's alot of "craziness" here! Nice place to visit... Actually has been a good place to raise our kids. And - today the sun shined for half the day! We are Oregon's city of sunshine, so I guess that makes up for something

I would love to move somewhere else around Oregon besides this area. KFalls would be great. It is getting too big around here. Growing like California did while I was growing up. I used to like the BIG city, but now I have been spoiled by small town appeal. I try to talk MMHM into transferring to Central/Southern Oregon or the coast, but he wants a promotion to Coordinator 2 and there are pretty much only Coordinator 1's around most of the state. The larger areas like Salem, Portland, Eugene have the 2's due to traffic volume.

Oh well, maybe someday we will get out of this area, but I do like Oregon for the outdoors. The weather, up here anyway, needs a lot of help. Too much and not enough But, the summers here are worth suffering through the winters.

I was not on the boards tonight as I went to a Ducks game. We lost......3-2 in overtime. However, all merchandise in the team store was 30% off. It was a madhouse in there. I had to knock over a few people to get to the stuff I wanted....just kidding. It was crowded though....

Welcome Shannon! I am like Tammie, I am not actually going to be on this cruise, but I was on the last one with a lot of this crew and I just can't get enough. My family and I ate with your folks everynight. They are a lot of fun! You guys will have a blast!

Sorry they lost when you were able to be at the game (the bums). Must have been an exciting game though to go into overtime. Good job on knocking those folk over to get what you wanted. Must have been old folks like us.
