:rotfl2: :lmao: What do you think his reaction will be when the blindfold is removed and he sees hundreds of people wearing the same shirt as him? :lmao:
:scared1: :car:

But we are all gonna say....

:welcome:

Before I forget....I called Shirley yesterday and ordered a bucket for Aaron. She is very, very nice and helpful. :thumbsup2

I'm going to Joann's today too Marielle... Do you have your 50% off coupon?

And then i might go to AC Moore too. DD needs knitting needles and a skein of soft yarn. Her GS troop is going to learn to crochet socks and hats for juvenile cancer patients.
If you see bamboo knitting needles at JoAnn they are soooo nice and easy to work with. I know they cost twice as much but they are twice as easy to learn on.

Surely you have an extra coupon?

Should be but I did come to work for a bit this morning. We are having a family meeting with the veteran I was so upset about last week. Also his parents, mental health provider and a social worker to see what we can do to help him (and his parents) out. This one I was willing to come in for. I got here early so I could find a parking space and so I have a bit of DIS time before we meet. :thumbsup2

Will the guy that is pressing charges be there too? I hope he reconsiders. Hope everything goes well for this man and his family. He is lucky to have you advocating for him!

Anyone plan to see Flag of Our Fathers this weekend? I heard a review this morning saying it is very, very intense. The reviewer said he was in tears at the end.

No, the employee that was injured will not be there. This is really about the patient and what we can do to help. We want to get started on Social Security claim and a VA compensation claim (to assist the parents financially) and also figure out how we can finish the testing we need to do safely, both for him and employees. The employee is being assisted by some counselors. Terrible thing, but working with patients with dementia it happens.

DH can't wait to see it. I don't know if we will be able to get away before it hits DVD. I may send him on his own.

Good luck Angie. That must take a great deal of patience and concentration. :grouphug:

Can't leave without the coupon!!
Although there was so much on sale that it's hard to use the coupon!
No pirate hats at my Joann.

Check your Joann for your yarn and knitting needles. They had a few sets of needles on pink-sticker clearance (extra 50 percent off the marked price). Lots and lots of yarn on sale too.
