There will be 14 kids at this party. My DCOUSIN who is 14 and her sister who is 17 will run games for me ALL NIGHT!!! I buy tons of prizes and organize loads of games...and those two gems run them!!! It is great!

I love that airplane smiley - I tried to show it to Ken because I think it's so funny but he is being crabby tonite. anyway, the plane does bounce like that when you rev the engine - made me laugh. some of them are so accurate.

is that slightly different than the other one you posted where he takes the air into his cheeks? I don't remember those teeth.

I'm sorry I chuckled earlier. Think of it this way. Would you want it to be reversed? The girls listen to you easily, but not to others? While it is a stressful and seemingly unthankful job at times, our children feel safest in our presence. They feel comfortable and free to try new things with us, which allows them to push and find limits and appropriate boundries. You must be doing a good job because they know some boundries which is why they act more appropriately outside of the home. Hate to tell you, but it isn't going to stop anytime soon.

Thats exactly what I was thinking...when one of Devon's trachers says she's been really good and focusing on her school work and helping others, etc, I always ask them to tell me what OUR Devon has been up to. She really gets into her horse farm thing and supposedly one of the best workers there but needs to be told 5 times to pick up a jacket or a backpack or something at home.

ME TOO!!!! Last night I gave my oldest butter bread and an apple and told him the only words he was allowed to say to me the entire night was "Yes M'am"....NOTHING else! B/C if he didn't....I just wasn't sure how I'd react. It was like he was taunting me with everything he said!!

Teenagers? Devon has been a handful lately. Smart*** comments, one after the other....refusing to do chores, saying she's finished chores only find out she never bothered....we've threatened to take away the trip from here.....she's pushing the buttons....its like a dunk tank, she'll hit the right button then SPLOOSH! she'll be spending her week off with DMIL...

Ok - I think I had a "aha" moment. Last night DH sprung on me something or other about the Outlawz stopping by. That's fine but instantly my stomach was in knots. That was when Samantha's behavior seemed to change. I think all the stress, work, my mom and sis everything is constantly eating me up inside and while I for the most part don't show it outwardly, Samantha seems to pick up on it. Not sure if there is anything I can do to change this??

Anyway...Monday. The whole world was here when I got here and seems most everyone worked yesterday too. Oh well. I have to finish up several recs before I leave on Wednesday. Fun stuff.
