, a pic of the insides and how the Nikon fits.
This is the camera bad I ordered, camera geeks good for the canon S3 IS? I have no clue how big the Nikon is in comparison. I wanted to use it for the parks and have room for the ipod, wallet, extra cards and second set of batteries.

Patsy, many nights of google searching for "brithday smilie". I use Becka's method, search for a topic along with the word smilie and the world is your oyster.

I am totally looking for a new photo bag too! I have the Digi Rebel with standard lens plus a Tamron 75-200 with hood. Everything is either too bulky or not big enough...

I just lost a post that took me 10 minutes to type. You guys are lucky.

Our latest wine batches are looking good.

Here a pic of Angie and me at Club 33 door. I have a few more pics to post now and again. Angie took a few pics with our old photoshot S20.

Hope this one works. The laptop I am using keeps failing to open to a page when I post. It always takes two tries, but I have to redo the post. :scratchin Hmmm, I can't even abuse the computer anymore huh?

DrHug is wearing the right shirt .......USC

I want to start off with how much fun the girls and I had on Saturday. I swear I was comfortable with everyone from the start! How often does one feel their children are safe around "strangers" in an instant? I had the same feeling in Baltimore. The kids got along great and made some real connections. If anyone else has the opportunity to meet others before the cruise DO IT!! I know it will feel like we are meeting up with "old friends" when we get to the terminal. If I get this opportunity again, I will definately try to bring DH. He does have some issues about the internet and talking with people, but he will quickly learn what this is truly all about. I will tell him soon.

Brack, Annette, and JoJo - I wish we had more time to see you. You are very sweet and friendly! I'm glad you had a nice time and Annette had the chance to see we are not  Dina loved meeting JoJo!

Elaine, Ken, Giona, and Jeae - What a fun, friendly, and energized family! I was so thrilled when I saw online that you would be making the trip! What a surprise that you were able to just hop on your plane and meet us! I'm just sorry that my children are not as enthusiastic about the big rides and couldn't spend as much time with yours. I hope to be able to spend some time with you on the cruise to talk about your adventures. My DH would love to hear about them as he loves to travel as well.

Kristina, Andy, and Devon - It was so great to see you again! What a difference a trip makes. ;) It seemed like Andy and Devon were much more comfortable. Sarah had a good time going off to play games with Devon. How is it I had no worries about letting her go off without me? I'm just sorry they will be in different clubs, but they can hang out doing lots of other things on board. If you want to see Andy smile, just introduce him to a Bernie (or take him on a plane ride)!! Kristina is the sweetest!!

Brandi, Jason, Jake, and Eliza - What an awesome family! Thank you so much for showing us your "backyard." Ok, Kristina's old backyard too! :goodvibes You don't know the thrill I got when I drove through Schuylkill Haven knowing I would be meeting you soon. Sorry we didn't get to have dinner Friday. :guilty: Dina is still talking about Jake and loved seeing the pictures we have as well as the ones Kristina posted. She totally gets that he and the other kids she has met will be on the cruise with her. And she just adored Eliza!

It is uncanny, but everyone was just as I had thought they would be. The park and dinner was so fun and exciting. I am sure that anyone who saw us had no idea that we had never "met" before! There was never a moment of uneasiness with talking about everything and anything! No silent glances. No long pauses in conversation. No "what do we say or do now." We truly had a wonderful time. :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

Joy check out crumpler, the bags ar great quality, scouted them at competing retailer, and they are great looking.

Our drive to the hotel Friday was long to say the least. We left only a little after we wanted to, about 1, but arrived much later! We stopped at our local mall first as we don't go often because I don't like the 45 minute drive to go shopping. The girls really needed some fall clothing. I only meant to stay for an hour, but ended up with quite the car load of stuff after 2! We only went to one store. We also had to stop on again to get a bite to eat for the car ride. My mistake... we ended up arriving in Philly a little after four and hit traffic as we approached center city. Took an hour off of our lives to go 6-10 miles. I still thought it would be possible to make it in time for dinner with Brandi, but we hit traffic a few more times. Why? Not so sure. Some of those :confused3 kinds of stops where there is nothing holding things up. KWIM?? We got to the hotel around 8. The girls were anxious to go swimming so we changed, ordered dinner from a local place that delivers and hit the pool (they delivered it to us poolside). The hotel was nice, the pool water was warm, and the hot tub was to DIE for!! I want one, I want one!! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc the only problem was When I went back in the pool, it was freezing!! :rotfl: We stayed there til about 9:30, went to the room and ate. I was felling like a nice mom and let them rent Ice Age II on PPV. I didn't know it was $10 until I had already agreed to it. Oh well. It let me have some time in the lobby to chat on the computer. We eventually slept, awaiting our fun-filled day at Knoebels.

What, am I writing a trip report or something??

did you all see that the family who won the MK all to themselves (YOAMD kickoff) was a DIS family??!! How exciting is that?

We had a great day at the park! We were very shocked when we arrived, which we thought was early at 10:30, through the traffic, and saw about a million cars in the field parking lot!! Hey, I thought this was a small town amusement park?!?!?! I couldn't believe how big it really was!! There were lots of vendors selling some really cool thigs. And the prices!! MUCH better than my neck of the woods! :thumbsup2 We really could have spent the weekend there and I am thinking about it for next year. We got caught up at a vendor who sold some really neat tye-dye t-****s ( ;) ). Dina and Amanda were having fun watching the lady decorate them while Sarah and I were picking one out for her friend. Before we knew it, it was noon and we got a call that everyone was in front of the ferris wheel. We high-tailed it over and meet everyone. The rest of the day was a whirl, with rides, food, and friends. We had a ball! Most of us made it to a restaurant for dinner. It was very nice and tasty. The kids continued to have so much fun as the adults continued with the chatting. All too soon it was time to say good-bye. We really had a wonderful time and would do it again in a heartbeat!!

I forgot a small detail while we were at dinner. My DH called and I left the room to speak to him. I really did need a quieter space and better reception !! Really....believe me....it had NOTHING to do with the fact he didn't know I was with strange internet people!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Kristina - why did you put flew in quotes "flew" - are you casting DIS-persons about our little tin can with the rubber band?

No harm meant or rubber bands involved Elaine.... :teeth:

I purely meant that you guys flew as opposed to drove....in response to Patsy asking about what was the deal about the plane ride.....

Caroline,
You are so bad! I can't believe you are crossing state lines to meet crazy internet people without telling your husband. :confused3 Did you at least tell someone at home where to look in case you didn't make it home? After all, this whole thread could be run by one person (me) just trying to lure you to Kneobel's and onto a broken roller coaster! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Just checking in quickly to ask for opinions here. :) I went to Target to get the Pirate costume for DD but it is sold out already. :(

I've got three Targets around me Lisa. I could go Check to see if they have one.... Just 'splain what it looks like and if there is a size.

Kristina and Andy, thank you for giving me a different way to get home. I don't know if it saved any time, but driving on the highway was much easier on the brain! No traffic this time either beings it was night. I only messed up once, and that had nothing to do with the way I went. I would have been at this spot either way. The end of the PA Turnpike is really confusing. It never said anything about Rt76, so I got off the last exit because it said NJ. It took me to NJ alright, but north of Camden!! I was on a highway, but one with lots of traffic lights. :furious: I did make my way to more familiar territory though.

Funny thing- weird too. I stopped for gas. I got out of the car to get a drink from the vending machine. When I came back to the car, the guy told me to turn on the car to see if it was almost full. :confused3 (remember, we don't pump our own gas here) So I turned it on and he looked in and said "yes, that is good. $30" What? You can't fill it ALL the way up??? I just wanted to get home so I didn't say anything, but boy was that weird. Then I asked him how much further to Rt 42, the road I should have come out on...He said about 20 minutes. Ok. But it was only 2!?!?! Now I am glad it was only 2, but I felt like I was in a the Twilight Zone or something. lad I don't have to go there again! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
