You have no idea how much that scares me sometimes! As I explained it is why we don't have a college fund but a "therapy fund" for our kids!

Hey, so do we. Do they rip them off with thier mouths too? seriously, they do this. In the local grocery store where this is held, they sell the tools to do this without your teeth.

Well DH is getting ready to abandon me. His regular game was cancelled so we were just taking the weekend off but one of his buddies just called and wants to get together for cards or something.

Honeycrisps do NOT keep as well as other apples. Put them in the coldest spot in the frig to make them last a bit longer. The will be picking them here until late Oct and they will just barely make it to Thanksgiving for pies.

Angie thanks for this advice and for the recipe! I will let my mom know about storing them too.

I am going to work on the magnets while watching football. I have a feeling TO is going to get really rocked today.

I started Brady over Rex, not sure if that's good or not but I think Miami is doing pretty bad so Brady might have a chance for a few more TD passes.

Haley is still got the cold/cough thing going...poor thing, but my of my, she is such a little person already. My mom brought them some clothes yesterday and one was an 18m skirt and top from the TCP. Apparantly Haley wanted this on immediatley. Well the skirt kepp ending up around her ankles but she would not take it off without a fight. My mom said she was walking around the house with one of my old purses, a crown, the too big skirt and some cheapy plastic heels. My mom thought it was a riot. Actually it is really funny - but the both of them do this everyday!

When we were leaving Haley wanted me to pick her up - so I did and she waved bye to my mom as if to dismiss her - she knew her mommy was leaving. It's funny, I could "see" her little mind processing the situation that was about to occur. She knew.


You know an older couple just walked THROUGH our yard to come look at the pool. Now, I am pretty chatty with anyone, but neither John or I had seen them before and they walked right up onto the deck....that is pretty ballsy if you ask me!

Can you believe the Yankees lost? And Lou Pinella? What is the deal between the Rays and the Yanks? It seems there is more there than meets the eye!

oh and BTW - I got my quote for the 5/27 4 nighter. IT IS MORE MONEY THAN THIS ONE!

So we won't be doing that cruise. Stick with December or maybe October. I was shocked!

We were looking at a Cat 7 for me and DH on that cruise a few months ago and it was a little bit under the cost of all of us on this cruise. It was just way too high. It seems like all of the cruises that time of year (not just on DCL) are just so much money.
