I thought WS was a little cheaper than Storybook Heirlooms actually.

I called WS and asked if any of their summer stuff was on sale and the woman who answered haughtily told me that they don't have sales. LOL.

well ok but guess who is not paying full price then.

I bet the stores get the sale stuff though.

Before I say something that is wrong to my 'virginia' group here -
the shuttles from the airport cannot be reserved, right?
One of them just emailed me and said that he and the travel agent "set up shuttle at 11:00 puttig us at the ship apprximately 11:40am"
I thought they waited until full - first come first serve - and left for port???

Diana, that was what it was like for us last year. We stayed at the Orlando airport Hyatt and took the Disney transfers. We checked in at the earliest time possible for a number and then waited until they had enough people to fill that bus. It was fine but definitely not a bus waiting outside for our individual group.

I almost forgot to tell everyone....when we go to Disney in June the HS marching band will be going the same week!!!! We are SO excited! I give private lessons to several of the kids. There is a girl from my church and my cousin are all in the band!

We were going anyway to celebrate my mom's 50th but this just makes it even better!

My DH and the kids and I will be going. My DM and DDad will be getting an adjoining room with us. My aunt Pam and her GF Carol and Carol's niece will be going. My Aunt Cheryl and her DH will be going (Her DD is the one in the band). Our (DH and I) good friends will be going with their DD's. I am so excited!!! It will be a great time!!!!

That sounds like a really fun, fun trip!

I always said that I "NEVER" would do laundry on vacation. That all ended the Christmas in Disney when my DS and DH could not stop vomiting...I literally did 10 loads that week!!!!! We will be gone for 13 days so we will do some laundry. I will do a load at the hotel on Fri. night. I will do my next load on Sat. after we get off of the boat! I will not(unless there is a disaster) do any on the boat!

oh my goodness! over Christmas? What a bummer!

I like doing laundry on vacation; well I don't like doing laundry but I really dislike packing a suitcase full of dirty clothes. Our last cruise was 7 days and I did 2 or 3 loads. That wasn't too bad!

In June we were in Saskatchewan for my grandfather's funeral and staying at a hotel when my 2 ds's both got sick. I think it was food poisoning but maybe just a quick violent flu. Dh went down for sheets in the middle of the night but they said they only had one sheet. (WTH??). In the morning I called and said: I need a late checkout, please send up all new towels and sheets, and if I were you I would schedule a carpet cleaning in this room. When the housekeeper came I told her she should bring a big bin and she did, then she left to go get gloves. In the meantime I filled that thing to the top and it was HUGE! I have never seen such a disgusting mess. We can NEVER go back to that hotel again, I bet they wouldn't let us in the door! Now that was some laundry I was glad I didn't have to do.

I kept thinking today was Friday, ok maybe wishing! this week has been dragging and everyone at work is on edge. We have had three resignations in our department in the past couple weeks. One is leaving Friday, one is staying on two days a week until December and the other is moving to another department in November. A senior accountant, accounting assistant and an AP person. So pretty much all levels! At year end and audit no less! It just means more work to be spread amongst everyone and more chances for mistakes. But we'll make the most of it.

Tomorrow we are participating in Lee National Denim Day - for a $5 donation to the fund you can wear jeans to work! We don't get to wear jeans so most people love the idea. And the money is for a good cause as well.

I better do some work today before I get the pink slip!

WOW! some people will do anything to get past the TSA rules......
