Please note that my two year old is still up and eating a waffle ... Are any other parents dealing with a non sleeping child???

DH got home before the girls went to bed. This means that he is now sleeping with DD3 on the couch because he doesn't have the heart to make her go to her own bed if she doesn't want to.

umm can I ask a crock pot question? DD and DH do not like bones in thier chicken, so I only did chicken breasts. Kind of dry... So I am going to try a pork roast tommorow. Thought I would use cream of mushroom soup and fresh mushrooms. Any advice?
The crock pot needs to be at least 3/4 full or the meal will be dry. The space can be filled with meat, veggies, soup, or get a smaller crockpot. It doesn't really matter if you have bone in or bone out meat but boneless chicken breasts tend to be smaller in volume.

I concur on the whole bones in chicken thing. I did get to try the boneless skinless thighs, BBQed of course. They were awesome! But I won't eat bone chicken and won't pay the price, more expensive then boneless, skinless breast, yuck.

My DD goes to sleep...she just decides to get up in the middle of the night and scream for about an hour. The pediatrician said...change her diaper, put her into her bed, don't talk to her, ignore her.....AAAAHHHHHH!!!!! I do have non sleeping child problems...they are just different than your non sleeping child problems!

Kim, I am putting a frozen roast into the pot tomorrow morning with cream of mushroom soup & a little water. I will make mash potatoes with gravy after we get home after school. I put it on medium for 8 hours.

Are you all just laughing as people catch up! I get to laugh several times at the same post.

Thanks for the laughs John! Do you think your employees would appreciate these? Mine would die. I can here it now. "Did you know she was a real person?" "No I had no idea anyone was alive behind that door!!"

OK, I'll pick this one up . . .

Who is getting a SPANX pirate costume?

Do you think any pirates use SPANX?

CJS, is this within the "pirate code"?

OK, so stringing up a huge stuffed animal between two light poles doesn't do that already? :rotfl2:

That must be for chicken only? I cook the pork for the carnitas on its own with the taco mix, water, onions, & chilis and it doesn't take up that much room. :confused3
