Did I mention my scare when I was booking. When I canceled the spa treatment when the huge cancel thing came up my heart dropped and in my dazed and confused sleep dreprived mind I wanted to scream because I thought OMG, I've canceled our WHOLE cruise.

I remember that!

They should be available everyday I would think. I was thinking on a sea day or while at CC in the afternoon. Then no one can should be looking in!

Someone mentioned that there are sometimes spa deals on excursion days if you are staying on the ship. Is that common. Today I had a spa pedicure and I sat there wondering - did I book that on the cruise. Everything seems to come back to whether I booked that on the cruise.

Do you have a spa booked? I found that if I booked the spa first some of the excursions that came before didn't show my name even though I had plenty of time between them. So I canceled the spa treatment, went back and booked the excursion and then rebooked the spa treatment. Odd, but it worked.

I booked DH for a massage and the metabolism test for me but I did that last after booking everything else. Palo first, then excursions, then spa.

I would imagine that Tony will be logged in as well & taking care of some of them. I'm sure this happens every cruise & she now has it down to a science.

I wonder if Barb is on a cruise when a client can book, if she just does it onboard and in person!

I wondered how TA's handle this too - so they really have to stay up like the rest of the world? I doubt it. They would have to do that every week.

also it takes forever just to do one family much less several families.

Elaine, you might want to talk to Barb about a limo, I think she gets a pretty good rate and that should hold all of you plus luggage. Are you flying in the night before? We're flying down Thursday, staying at Contemporary in WDW, then heading over to the port on Saturday morning.
