hubby just called for the first time from Zanzibar - I will be glad when he gets home so I can sleep. Giona was up at 4 am this morning after I had pulled a Karen and gotten up about 2:30am - 4 was just about when I went back to bed so I feel really sick now - ugh.

the kids already have activities this week but I think we will skip them until they get adjusted to the new schedule. we have to fly out of school to make to dance and karate. I have to gear myself up - lol.

I did fill the car with gas - we spent $4000. on gas last year - driving nowhere.

oh my - I hope your little guy is ok. We have not had the pleasure of super glue yet but have done both staples and stitches. I love these new fast track ER visits - because I would get too tense waiting for 3 hours in the ER waiting room.

It was probably a good idea to keep him home - I think ice cream for the pain is in order too.

he's actually had glue before on the back of his head when he was a very little guy...not too bad. Luckily no staples!! He basically keeps a bump or bruise on his forehead - all of his life!! I said the next time, we're gonna have a steel plate inserted so we don't have to worry about it anymore!!
Yes, thankfully we were in fast track - and apparantly had THE dr to get for stitches - he spent at least 30 minutes getting it right! It's a horizontal cut,though, so it will just look like a wrinkle...and if he grows his hair out, you won't be able to see it. He was so brave...he's such a sweetie - the only time he got upset was when he saw me upset....can you tell I'm not over the trauma yet?? LOL
I'm just hoping he doesn't reopen it before it heals - he's constantly bouncing and running around!

I haven't even looked at what we spent on gas! Prices have come down about 50 ct/gal here since last week, so that's good.

ok well Jaea has changed her outfit about 4 times now - first day jitters - how do eat lunch before 12 when they are waking up late and eating breakfast late. Somehow the fine details have not quite fallen into place yet.

One hour to go - boy I am getting nervous.

Even hubby said he hadn't really thought that much about it but he wasn't so thrilled about them riding the bus alone - unbelted I'm assuming - on a curvy road.

I paid off the cruise yesterday, but when I looked at the DU site it said owes $2. Guess I'l have to call them today to see if it is a typo. And it isn't showing on my CC, not even as pending. This is the reason I paid a few days early.

Actually the dress isn't that bad... Very stretchy cottony material... i was just going to wear the shirt from the set but i the dress i bought for DD is way too big for her and fits me. So the extra one is for her. I saw that you ordered already Tana but maybe they could add it to your order if you call. Please please.

(and Karen you remind me of the nurtisystem ad with the girl who lost 30lbs to be a size 2. I mean i guess she was just such a cow at size 6 or 8 )

Believe me Karen, I've seen worse...much worse...much much worse... you are fine... We can't all be a size 2....

One of our DGS's bus has slid off the road TWICE!! No one injured either time. The road they go on is very narrow and has a few tricky curves AND has gravel trucks coming and going.
