Hey have any of you been to Universal Studios? DH has a conference in Marina Del Ray and DD and I are going to meet him for Fri-Sun in oct because she is off school. I am trying to decide between the VIP pass and the VIP tour. Anyone tried these?

The girl that lives next us, she is in fifth grade, tells Sophia that she is fat all the time. So Sophia is always asking us am I fat, Michelle says I am. Somedayhs i just want to go and get that little girl.

How crazy it that?

Ok, as for today. I had planned on leaving the house by 6am. Well, we did get up by then...

We left the house by 7. The wind was still blowing and it was raining pretty good. Made good time through NJ, but 95 was a killer with all of the rain! Lots of water in the road so at times I felt like I was hydro-planing so took it nice and easy. Got to the Baltimore exit by 10:10, but the directions I printed had a little fluke in them. Told me to get off the exit and look for a certain street exit off of that. There was a split, but neither were the street it mentioned. So ended up a little lost. I tried to ask a man walking down the street, but he wouldn't even look my way??? I did find a familiar street on the close up directions and finally found my way. Found a parking garage and got the tickets. Think I finally met up with them by 10:40ish? Sorry for the delay guys!!

I recognized Kristina right away, but didn't realize it was Lisa standing next to her from afar. We strolled a bit and found Kristinas family, then got to the dolphin show where Lisa's family were. Lisa's DS and my DD 3 hit it off great. He was such a gentleman and held her hand and led her around. We went around the exhibits, ate lunch, chatted about the DIS and cruise. M kids had lots of fun as did I. It was great to meet face to face!

I figured the trip home would be a bit faster since the hard rain had stopped. I made it to Delaware in an hour then BAM! 95 was fender to fender! Took about an hour to go 8 miles. There had been an accident which I never saw myself, but it caused major backup!
