Did you see that Circuit City has a 1G CF card for 19.99 (after rebates)?

NO - You're kidding! I'll have to check it out.

I will warn you though . . . if it is not an "ULTRA" card (faster read/write speed) you will not notice at first with the Rebel, but once you get used to the camera, and if you have any ultra cards, you WILL definitely notice the difference in speed between shots. It become really evident if you are taking a lot in a "Burst" mode, as the regular speed card will bottleneck much more quickly.

Hi all! I am here. Not MIA anymore. We did go to Sesame Place last week and had a ball!! DD3 is really getting into the whole rides thing. Tuesday we went to the WW boardwalk and she wanted to go on every ride over and over again. When the wristband expired for the day she was super bummed that she saw rides that she did not get on! Anyhow, I have been very busy, but I have been reading here and there so that I wouldn't get to far behind.

Just checked SW from Kansas City $155 one-way. Of course St. Louis was even worse at $159 one-way!!!!

Well with all this work I have been doing pricing clothes and such .... ... it now looks like we have a really good chance of being rained on all Saturday morning. Please send some pixie dust or something this way so all of my work is not wasted!

SW is not the best deal from either Portland or Phoenix - or between those two cities. We have to fly to Phoenix to pick up Aaron, then to Orlando from there. I have been keeping my eye on fares from points a and b. I think we will just fly to Phoenix on Saturday Dec 2 and then fly to Orlando on Dec 3 from there. We were going to try to get something with a connection in Phoenix between Portland and Orlando and having Aaron just join us on the second leg of the flight, but I am just too paranoid. I worry that his parents might not get him to the plane on time or some other disaster would keep us from hooking up. I will feel better just spending the night in a hotel near Phoenix airport and having all three of us board together. We will then do the reverse on Dec 16 and 17. I think air is the last duck I need to line up!
