Oooh, Kim I hate Wal-Mart!!! I try to go there as little as possible. I never seem to make it out of that store for less than $200 no matter how much stuff I went in after!!!! I swear it is a conspiracy!!!!!

I totally understand. I think they are putting drugs in the air that make me too tired to realize what I am doing.....

Off to the grocery store... anyone need anything? :)
Thanks for the lens thoughts, Brack.
What lenses do you have now; what ones do you use the most?
I'll be back later.
Uh - juice for camp this week. Water, bread. Fluff - do you guys have Fluff for fluff-n-nutter sandwiches? I left Brack to answer camera questions - I take notes from him.

Hey Brack! How are you feeling? Did you work Friday or decide to just go ahead and take one more day to recoup?

I stayed in to rest my back for a while longer. It is better but still hurts. Sometimes it is still very sharp pain but I have to go to work tomorrow. I think it will be alright by the end of the week. I hope so because I have to drive to the mountains of NC by next Sunday to meet up with my DW.

Too funny Kim. I love online shopping. I've been trying to catch everything now with the last no tax day. What a great description of tough store shopping in Walmart - that is it exactly!! Then once you manage to get through it all you wait in line for an eternity. That drives me nuts but I found a secret (of course everyone knew it I'm sure). I go in the potting soil section exit and come out that exit as well. No lines no waiting. I had one item to buy and it was fantastic to get in there and get out.

Next time I am going looking for that section... Why is that the only store with everything?

Oh Brack, I am so sorry! I hope you get feeling better!

Yes, I think it is ambien. That's why you buy so many meaningless things and lots of snacks when you are there...

As a kid, I wanted fluff-only sandwiches.
oooh that would be my husband. He loves Fluff and loves marshmallows. He was so disappointed that none of the kids (nephews, daughter)showed any interest in his habit. Since DD has expressed interest in maybe one every few weeks he is so happy. It's a riot. Anyway I buy it for him.

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: DrHug is 61 and I KNOW he shouldn't! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: That man LOVES to shop! :sad2:

OK just one more thing that DrHug and I share! I am beginning to have thoughts of a Twilight Zone episode.

My grandmother took me shopping every week and taught me the fine art. Now many of the women we work with are really surprised to find out how much I love to shop; especially at craft fairs. Then there is the Disney store ....

Bella,
good job pirate:
again! I'm not even aware of those things (I'm just gabbing away) and I get one why can't that work when I buy a lotto ticket?!

Hi folks,

We went out and finished back to school shopping for DD today. She starts tomorrow. It was a nightmare! We had to go the three stores to get all the things on the teacher lists, Target, Office Depot, and Staples. The crowds were maddening and most of the stuff we wanted was out of stock.

School starts tomorrow (8/14) here.

DH is outside gardening in his special pirate pants. If he ruins them I am not making another pair.

Gotta run again. Quilts are calling me.

Brack, good luck with that back. It's no picnic.

I think it is marshmellow fluff. From these boards I get the impression it is a northeastern US thing.... :confused3

Eeek - I better get on the stick. We don't start back until the day after Labor Day. I had book marks for everything to shop online however we haven't received a teachers list yet of what were are supposed to have for the class. I didn't even know DD had a desk set up  until I heard her discussing it after the bday party. I'm still in Kindergarten mindset when things were simpler.

At least your avoided Wal-Mart!!! :rotfl:

This is actually my last year when I don't have to worry about back-to-school. Nathan will start K in Fall 2007....
