I'll be 31 a couple weeks before the cruise!! DH is a nice 11 years older than me today!

Oh I lied! I'll be 32, my brain is going already!

Anyone getting baskets from Shirley, she posted today that if you specifically ask her to...she will tie the baskets together. That way they are only charged for 1 delivery fee of $12 so that is all she will charge you

Nope, we are in a fantasy football league and have a predraft meeting Saturday...that's about it. Want to clean/organize at least one room and we have a new dog at the house....

if you've read any of my reports you know about my Drama Queen High Maintenance Sister....she had to have the Paris Hilton dog......and then convinced her BF to buy her another one, a boy so they could breed...well, they are too much for her to handle so we took the boy. My mom brought it over on Sunday and he is a teacup chihuahua...with almost a mini wolf quality..very quite, doesn't bark or whine....she named him Little Boy but we are calling him Pretty Boy...I hope to get him groomed and dipped Saturday and buy him some goodies.

My new Teva's are here - black ones and purple ones - YES! To go with my JMU purple gear for the games!! We love JMU - by the way...you know the football team won the national title 2 years ago, right??

And I'm checking out with some lime green shirts! I'm ordering some for a girl in our group, but 1/2 of the group is still on vacation - I'm afraid there won't be anymore when they come back, but I don't want to order without knowing for sure if they'd want them - oh well! Thankfully some Excedrin and a little nap seem to have helped but I had to get up and check in or I might be so far behind tonight that I would never catch up.

No kidding, I left for a few hours to go sign some loan papers and come back to 7 more pages to read through.

I don't feel sorry for them. If someone thinks that shorts and flip flops would be acceptable on formal night then IMHO they are either or just beyond clueless. I don't plan on doing the tux/gown thing so I can certainly understand asking if a suit/shirt & tie or nice dress are acceptable but to even think that shorts and flip flops would be ....

I agree... any thread that starts with something along the lines of "Are flip flops okay for formal night?" you just know they're , no one could be that clueless.

Good Luck with the new pup. Is he house broken? That is a nice day when the dog isn't peeing up the whole house!

This weekend we are going to our friends cabin. It will be a great time! I can't wait. The only bad part will be the million pages I have to read to get myself caught up with my chatty dis friends!!!!!

My DH wants to stay at AKL. We usually stay at value...I guess I am being cheap again....sheesh...I really am sounding cheap tonight!

I'm always cheap when it comes to lodging. The way I see it is I'm only in the room to sleep, it doesn't have to be real nice. And the money I save on the room is money I get to spend on souvenirs. Although we did splurge on a verandah room with the cruise. I think late nights out there will be nice.
