I saw the title for another meets thread today. It had "banana heads" in it. That made me because of some people's obsession with on this thread.

It is not an obsession. It is a deeply held belief that the banana is just really cool!



Speaking of names how come our thread does not have a nifty title? Can we be something like DIS Cult of the Bananas and Coconuts?

Brandi, it was the crazy two year in advance planners back then. We just wanted to have a name you all could find, and come and have a place to be normal crazy. LOL.

That reminds me of my old job. I was quiet, polite, got the comment that they never talked to a collector who didn't yell before. My numbers were near the top of the department somehow. The loudest ones didn't last too long. Their PTPs were high but the follow throughs usually didn't happen.

I just got off the phone with WDW....they could not even book a package, let alone a room for those dates....aside from AKL, FW Cabins, CBR, BC and BW......the CM thought it was very strange....I am thinking something happened when they loaded the new ticket prices....I am thinking of either testing out the cabins or trying to go through Expedia or something.

Are you trying to book 1 or 2 nights. I know it sounds strange but I have heard of people having better look booking something like 4-5 nights and then calling back a few days later to cancel the nights they don't need. What are your dates and we can play around with them?

Also, we wanted an value for mid-May just 2 weeks out and I was able to call a few days and they didn't have anything. I called right when they opened one morning and I was able to get a room at ASMo so don't give up hope because people do cancel all the time. It might just take a few more phone calls.

V, the issue maybe that it is pop warner week, finishes on the 7th. And Mousefest gets off the wonder on the 7th. The it is value/regular season $. Crazyiness!

I would offer you a bed at SSR, but you have one too many bodies, had to check the manifest, lol. I am solo, I could take the little ones and you all could sleep in the car, lol.

Pj - only 12/7-12/9...wanting to stay at an MK (any MK) resort!!

The Poly, WL are both available for those nights on Expedia. We booked Expedia our first trip and did not have any problems. You might just book through them.

Becka - I was on the main board today...I noticed that you were looking for WW support on the cruise. Do you do WWs? My DH and I both do it. Although, when we are on the cruise we will eat like we are Sarah Lee fans...or maybe like we have stock in Flour, chocolate, and sugar!!!!

I have done WW in the past and the last two times I lost about 40 pounds and then promptly got pregnant! I need to start again (badly) but I am a little afraid! Actually there is a WW at Work group starting sometime next month and I am thinking that I need to get back OP but it seems so hard right now.

Have you guys made your limo ressies yet? We do a rental car going down to the port since we arrive the day before, but I can't remember how far out I need to book my return limo ride back to the airport on the 16th.

Anyone want to recommend a company? Seems that they get such mixed reviews over time.
