Ok, I am getting back to being confused with why the green background if you can fill in the white later? Wouldn't transparent be easier?

But it isn't transparent. It will leave a rectangle of the white transfer. It adheres to the shirt too.

Hey Patsy! Since we will likely be tablemates, I should let you know beforehand that I am not a very adventurous eater. I will try things time to time, but mostly what I choose is really boring. DDs are the same way. Dh pretty much likes everything though. :teeth:

Patsy - I guess the SB slippers can stay because DS is 4. He always told us he did not like SB (which was great as far as I was concerned) but when he turned 4 he told me he had to like SB now. Apparently 4 is the magic age....

And the spongebob slippers stay.

That will be a late seating thing then. ;) My kids will even tell you that they can't watch it. :thumbsup2

I went to AC Moore today. I had 50% off coupons. My DH and I each got Jake a Thomas set for Christmas. We got a $100 and a $50 all for only $75!!! I was so happy!

Then I went to the store to buy a new pair of "Spanex" cuz I have to get fitted for a brides maid gown on Monday. I knew you folks (CRAZY JOHN) would appreciate that info! :rotfl:

On the whole green/white, flipped/not flipped thing.

How can we be sure the green will be true with so many different printers and monitors involved?

Has anyone thought about taking the shirt and photo file to Kinkos and seeing if they will produce the shirt? My Kinko's is pretty lax about copyright.

This banana is dancing on next to the posting window and distracting me.

I told you I don't know much about this. :)

Sounds like a great deal. My best friends' son loves Thomas but boy is that stuff $$$$. I don't think I could afford a Disney and Thomas addicted kid. :lmao:

Thanks for the Spanx update. We wouldn't be friends if we didn't keep each other updated on our slimming undergarment purchases. :goodvibes

We don't have a Kinkos anywhere around here...or tshirt place at all. IDK if you can take them a CD with the image on it & have it printed. Todd is trying it out & should come up with a good color since it seems he has done this before. :) None of the companies I have contacted would even allow us to use the Disney font without expressed written permission from Disney.

I must agree! I do not like sponge bob! My kids have never watched that show.

YEAH!!! The yellow thing is as bad as the big purple beast in our house. ;)

This made me think of a story...

DDs have never been allowed to watch the Simpsons. Well, when my oldest was around 5, my brother was watching her and he loves them. He loves them so much that he HAD to watch it anyway, even though he knew she was not allowed. Well, DD knew she was not allowed and had her back to the tv the whole time. The apartment was really small and she had nowhere else to go so she did the best she could. :Pinkbounc

Ahhh, brothers......

I am making a vow....I will NOT check the Disboards again until my powerpoint is finished for Monday. I have to give a 30 min. presentation. I will have it done before I come back. I am hoping like h*** that I am back tonight! See ya later!

Whatever floats your boat. I like the basics myself but like dessert best! DH will try anything.

He says the secret to eating in a foreign country is not asking "What is this?" Did you asked one to many times?

We have a couple of those t-shirt places around here. I wonder if any of them would have a problem with adding the designs to the backs of our shirts? Some of them are pretty small places and it would not suprise me if they were a little lax on the whole copyright thing.

If I get into town soon, I can go to my old boss at a t-shirt shop and see what he has to say. He isn't concerned about copyrights at all!!

I didn't let them watch it but when Dh was with them he did. I sat & watched a few shows with them & they just don't treat each other very nicely. The kids mimic what they hear & I didn't need that. Now DH will walk in the room & tell them to change the channel because they aren't suppose to be watching it. I had one parent tell me that DS said he couldn't watch the show when he was at a friend's house. :)

I was pretty lucky in that DH's mother pretty much cooks two things: chicken and fish. I do not like veggies or cheese so that leaves out way too many dishes anywhere!

DD's tooth is hanging on by a thread with all its might. I just told her that she is going to lose it in her bed tonight if she doesn't let me twist it out. I even tried the dental floss, John...didn't work. :( She stood here leaning forward with her mouth open saying "Fall out you darn tooth so that I can go to sleep & get something from the toothfairy!" :lmao:

:faint: How can you not like cheese? That is like an entire food group all its own along with chocolate!

My DH is a pretty picky eater and he tended to stick with the steaks and the seafood on the cruise. Most of the apps/soups, etc.. did not appeal to him. On top of that half the desserts he was allergic to. DH has an allergy to legumes: beans, nuts and peas. It really cuts down on his choices.
