John1, that is so pretty! Brack posted photos of it on our Dec 8 cruise thread. I cannot wait to see it. I cannot wait for my mama to see it!! She is going with us this year. Did I tell you folks that? She is 82, her first trip to the World, first cruise, first big trip ever! Anyway, I am excited, she is excited like a little kid! My sis, DD, DSIL nieces, nephews going too. 13 of us.

Hi everyone. Thanks for commiserating with me. I am still disappointed but not too badly. I tried really hard this weekend to just focus on getting ready for WDW and not think about work at all.

Nathan has developed a nasty cough. I don't think it is from the strep but probably just a cold he got on top of the strep. He sounds terrible but at least he does not have a fever. I seem to be coming down with a cold as well - I hope that I can fight it off but I am so worn down I am afraid I won't be able to.

Then this afternoon my car died. I had to call AAA to get it to start again and then had to take it in. This meant missing work and my boss was not happy about that. Plus more $$$ which is not what you want right before you go on vacation. Then on the way to pick up DS from school I got a call from the principal about Nathan's behavior today. It seems he was bugging a little girl in line at recess time by pulling on the back of her shirt. Then he turned around and lied about it.

In response, I have decided that this evening I am going to start drinking. I walked by the liquor aisle at the grocery store and grabbed a bottle of my favorite sparkling wine (well my second favorite...the Fairy Tale one from Disney is my favorite) to bring home. I think I am going to drink it tonight. Nothing else seems to work so maybe at least this way I will have a few hours where I don't care about what is happening.
