Minnie wore that dress in the show in front of Cinderella's castle last December...Cinderellabration. That was the big deal show where the eyes blinked and the mouths moved.

No wonder I didn't recall it. I never didever catch that show beginning to end.

Brandi, Sam (Samantha) is Korey's best friend. They do everything together, we love her, her mom is planning on them marrying someday, but since she first came into his life he said "she's not my girlfriend", so we have just always called her Not-A-Girlfriend Sam. We took her, her mom and brother to dinner last night and Sam said something about in 20 years or so when I've learned to stop dating jerks....Korey and I will get married. (they are 17) Korey just smiled. I said maybe 20 years is too long, how about 10 or 12. Everyone agreed that would be enough time. She has had her heart broken once, just before prom and Korey stepped up and escorted her to prom so she did not miss it. And according to Sam, they were "the hottest couple there" and ex boyfriend did not look pleased about it.

I always think of the prom when I see you reference Sam. I LOVE that story!

The novelty of the idea has now worn off, and I am doing research and thinking more critically about my idea. We'll see where it ends up. I have a lot of work to do, and much to think about.

We went to Vermont for a camping trip...we are campers..and let me say...Never again!!! It was beautiful but....the mosquitos were so bad when we went we were literally being eaten alive!

I don't think Amy would like that too much. She is not much of a camper. I may have said this before, but her idea of camping would be a value resort at WDW!

LOL that would be my SO as well. No camping for him! Staying at a B&B is torture for him.

I had an awesome time at Valley Forge scrap convention! I learned some new techniques! I made a really cool Disney Album! I LOVE IT!!!! I have less than 2 weeks to get 2 autograph books made. I think that may have been an ambitious endeavour. I WILL get them done...if I don't sleep for the next 2 weeks!!!

Neat! Scrap booking is still intimidating to me.

I am currently eating Breyers Ice Cream Poppers made with HErshey's Coating. Can you say YUM!!!!

I am cruising the budget boards. I guess I better let them rub off on me after my time at the Scrap Convention!

Here is a photo of four of us at BG this past weekend. Back row starting in the 3rd seat...Mike, me, Chris and Elizabeth.

That is at the top of a 205 foot 90 degree drop on the Griffon where you hang...looking down...for a little over 3 seconds before you drop.

Here we are at the bottom of the drop.

I did have my eyes open for the entire ride but I also screamed all the way down both drops. Yes, there are two but you don't hang for the second one.

HOLY MOLEY No way!!!!

We are trying to cruise when PJ can in January 2009.

Seriously?!?!? We plan our day around the show schedules. The first time we saw it they cancelled it three times due to rain. We saw half of it before they stopped and went off stage. We finally got to see the 5 or 6 pm show that night. Mike always tapes them so Kaitlyn can enjoy them over and over and over again. I will try to get him to put it on the computer now that he can use it again.

William went to another doctor this afternoon. We finally have an official diagnosis, which we have known all along, but now hopefully we can get somewhere. I pick up his meds in the am.

Devon has been having a dilemma as to whether or not she wants to stay in band....

My dilemma was not letting her quit just because it was hard at first.

Anyway decision was taken out of our hands last night....

DD has been having an ankle issue off and on and after seeing ortho and getting an MRI...........



It's a stress fracture..... So we have this big boot thing she has to wear for 6 weeks...

I'm not sure we even should take her to DW with us at the end of this month.

Sure i could just tape her up... (i'm an old pro at that due to my own weak ankles and previous years in volleyball.. i was always taped most of the season but could still play.)

We'll see.

We're going the first sailing in January of 2009 with our adopted granddaughter ....... and her parents.
