PHEW!! DD turned on the wrong burner and caught my potholder on fire. Golly, I thought my pie was burning when I smelled that.

I am going thru DD's artwork from the past year. I was scanning everything & burning it onto a CD but I have some tyvek envies that are working well for storing alot of them. Some is being...umm...hidden...there is just too much!

Hello everyone, I was looking forwards meeting everyone, but I just received sad news. We had to cancel. This trip was to be a reunion for my husband and his bestfriend from High School. They called friday evening and inform us they have to cancel the cruise. They live in Tempa Fl. and wife has a trade show in orlando that just happen to end 12/9 She tried to get out of it. but to no avail.

I still have my holiday cruise for 07. Im addicted to cruising, Im sure well will meet. I will be thinking about you all

Ok, so I got mad at the girls earlier today and made them clean their rooms. <---mean mommie!!

Then I came up with the bright idea of finally redoing DD12's room. She wants Tink so we are painting top yellow, bottom purple and trim green. I moved her bed into DD3's room (well, the mattress anyway) and got some stuff out of her room. Figured I will move the stuff to other side as I paint. Then I will have to take it ALL out when I do her floor.....

Getting long so continuing(FLUFFING!)

So we go to Home Depot to look at the Disney colors. I was very upset the last time I used Bear(SP?) paint from there so I was going to take the colors to Lowes.

Well, I decided to pick up some Mickey paint chips, as if I could possibly keep them til January! DD3 and DD7 decide they want some too and DD3 took all of the whites!! I didn't realize how many she had until we got to the car!

Went to Lowe's and the guy said these colors were "blocked" in their computer or whatever it is they use. I tell him to just use that scanner thing that lets you match colors. The colors came out beautiful, at least in the can. We'll see how they look an the walls.

Can anyone tell me if the little girls dress up a lot, do you bring more than one costume?

I have also seen some pretty cool pictures of pirate parents. (thanks lisa) Do a lot of people dress up. I think my DD would get a real kick out of seeing her dad as a pirate, but I need to convince him that lots of parents dress up.

The girls loved looking through the little room idea brochures, AS IF anyone could do that! Now DD 7 wants a new room and DD3 thinks she is getting a Cinderella room! What do they think I am?!?!

Hi Kim! I saw a lot of girls dressed up on our last cruise. My two youngest each brought their favorite costume, although I know that many bring multiple! My DD's just had what they got for Halloween. DD7 does have a Jasmine costume, but she is not there for pics.

Almost forgot! I have to look on Homedepot.com and find that Tink door! DD does have a lot of money saved up...
