Well it is our last night in this house. Tomorrow we go to church (I get to preach) and then we hit the highway.

I am still undecided on which route we will take (St Louis or Memphis). It will probably be as I pull out of town when I decide.

The house is really clean and fixed up. My DS, his wife, my DNephew, his fiance, my DW and I are waiting on Papa Johns to deliver dinner then we will throw the last stuff in the truck.

I probably will be off line until Tuesday. So be good and save some posts for me.

Well guys,

Today was unbelievable in OH . . . after all those days of rain, rain, rain, today was clear blue skies and sunshine - not a cloud in the sky. I took Sophia swimming with one of her friends from K-garten, and she is still here playing! Sophia will probably sleep until noon tomorrow.

I told Lisa, I booked the Dec 1, 2007 Western Cruise. So, for those of you who are going, it looks like we will be joining you. Not happy that it is a good deal more than this year, but I guess that's the way it goes.

I wish that my kids would do that. Three night of 10 pm bedtimes & they still get up before 7 am. DD has stopped waking me up at 7 asking if it is a school day at least.

It is 8:42 here and I am tring to get the boys to bed. Oldest one is in the shower the younger one is reading over my shoulder saying do the t.v. one mom. So here it is. I forgot to tell you all good job last time I posted we were in the number one spot on the thread, I just checked and were number 7 now. Slow pokes we are. (Do the pirate one now)

I got Lightning and sally today for you if you want them. O also picked up Doc. He is only the third one we have what have I been thinking, I need to get all of them so they all will be hanging up on our tree this year. I think I will be putting up our tree before halloween this year as we will be leaving like 5 days after thanksgiving for our wdw paert of the trip before the cruise.

We hit 6 McDs today from Vancouver, WA on down to home. I got all the CARS but Sally. Whew! We shared a HM at each stop. DGS was with us. At one I got the apples, DGS got the milk and DH got the burger, then we got fries (DGS) burger (me) and milk (DH) and so forth. DGS thinks we ar totally NUTS! Was a fun day though. DrHug just said it would be a fun car rally to set out and see who could be back with all the CARS in the shortest time.

We also saw some NICE RVs. We really liked one of the Montana 5th wheels. It had a livingroom at the back that was closed off with glass french doors and a fireplace!! It was only $50,000 and very nicely done. We are thinking about that one. But we really liked the convenience of the motorhomes too. They cost a bit more, but we would not have to buy a truck to pull with, so it all washes out there as far as $$. We have about a year to decide.

Actually Karen,

According to my feable understanding of wells and septic... I think it means that the sand mound is not proccessing the waste water and is full for some reason. Maybe a clogged pipe or something.

Some people have septic fields for waste water and it flows through rock into the ground. When a house is built in an area where the soil does not allow this to happen (too much clay or rock or close to water table), they build an artificial means of percolation for the water (ie sand mound.)

You got it! Minor clog but everything is working as it should! I am so thankful! That could have been a huge expensive disaster!

I'll tell you what. It is almost the opposite thing here! I usually push DH out of the way and do the things myself!!

I tell him that I will call my father "if you don't have the time" and he always gets it done!!!!
