We always fly AirTran and love them. Never have had any trouble!

I flew them maybe 4-5 times...no trouble beyond your typical airline, discount or not.

I was reluctant to have the kids see my father at the funeral home but the director convinced me to. They have to understand that it is part of the life cycle and not to fear it.

Devon got really upset at my MIL's viewing two yrs ago. She was sitting across the room and DH and i were talking to various people there and all of a sudden DD burst into tears and had to leave. She was ok in the car until we left.... She didn't want to even attend my DGF's (my dad's father) funeral earlier this year. The funeral homes had different room so she sat in a different room. My DAunt (mom's sister) stayed with her. I didn't want to push it and stress her more.

Yesterday about 4pm I said...
Ok, you grab the stuff and I'll meet you back at the boat. I've been out TOO long today and I am getting burnt. I need to get some lotion on or something OUCH!
<silence, then...>Oh, and we have Palo tonight.
Oh really? After a beach day? Oh man..I'm gonna be burnt!

This morning....
So, have any plans today?
umm...no...why?
Well, I thought that we could hit Topsiders around 11 or so...sit out on deck. I hope the sun stays out today...
<silence, Wait, for it....>
Umm...but no, we have Brunch today, remember?
Oh, ok...Topsider's another day.

A little pretending really helps the time pass...

I'm really working on the whole "we are finally packed" fantasy...not working so far though...

OK, so I didn't go to WM. I found a couple deals in the WG flier so I picked up lipstick and a few other things there, dropped off some clothes at a friend's house for their baby, and just enjoyed hot chocolate....with fluff. It is 44 now & will only get up to the 50s here this week. FL HERE WE COME!!!!! Well, tomorrow is soon enough.

GOOD MORNING FROM THE WORLD....

No time to read any posts but thought I'd stop in to say hello... I'm posting from the lobby of the Beach Club, where I bought an hour of access so I could send an email (to my co-worker to ask her to fedex me my cell phone charger which I left at home....) and to purchase a new battery charger on Ebay for my Digi Rebel, which I left in our old room when we changed rooms... Lost and foundn doesn't open till 8:30 this morning and I'm not willing ot chance that they won't have it and I definitely need one before we get on the ship... so the charger was $2.95 and the 3 day air was $16.95, lol.... but it will get here!!!

The weather is balmy and was downright muggy warm in the 80s yesterday. It's probably mid 60s and humid outside right now... Going to AK for Donald's breakfastasaurus in an hour. I downloaded Penny's newsletter and will read it offline later. I cannot wait to meet you all!
