DD & I are planning on getting pedi & mani on wed evening. she is so excited. DH says she can get the fake nails that look really good. she wants to know if the salon can do mickey head's on her fingers. I hope they can. I wouldn't mind them either.

Missy, do you mean the one on the ship? They don't take anyone under 18 for services.

If the place your going back home can't do it..... If you get a couple 000 brushes and the colors you need, i could do my best on the ship.

I used to do some really neat stuff when i was younger but you need the special brushes that are small enough.

John called and things do not look good. MIL had to have blood transfusion and the surgeon said the next 24 hours will be critical. He also said if it was his mother and there were any out of state relatives that would want to be near he would call them.

I want to keep you all in the loop but hope that it is not too drepressing for you... MIL is going downhill fast. I have just called the priest and he is going to the hospital. The Surgeon said that any type of surgery is out and that once all the medication is stopped and the vent is out it should only be a matter of minutes. I hope this doesn't sound mean, but it is really is for the best, her quality of life recently has not been good, I just wish she didn't have to suffer, that is the hardest part.

I asked John if I should start unpacking and he said to keep packing...so we will see what happens.

Weigh your suit cases

Remember if your flying in a plane the allowance is only 50 lbs per bag ...I know it sounds like thats alot of weight but you would be surprised how fast 50 lbs goes when it includes the suitcase ....My CJS frock coat is heavy with all those brass buttons - so the CJS costume has its own suitcase to make sure we dont go over the limit .....

Just my little addition for today ..

I've been weighing mine... one of them came to 48 pounds. I'm thinking I should take a little out of it just in case my scale is off. This is SO stressful.

MIL has finally found peace. Once everything was removed, they said it would be minutes, well those minutes turned into 60 minutes. John held her hand the whole time. He said she was fighting it the whole time. Her last words were "I love you. I love Everyone"

Well I have one *^#$ of a headache. We have not told Sophia. She knew Grandma was sick and in the hospital... and right now she has a friend over. This will be her first experience with someone she knows dying.

I will be praying for your family.
