Cool! What about Tennis and the driving one? Is the controller really two pieces that are put together via magnet (can you tell this was a source of Thanksgiving conversation?

The controllers are two distinct pieces, that are attached by a wire for those games that need the second controller (like boxing). the second controller is called a non-chuck, and looks like a little blob with a button and trigger. There must be magnets inside the controllers, or something that acts as a velocity and position sensor. You can actually put spin on the ball in bowling. Bowling is just like bowling, and tennis is also like tennis.

Very amusing to watch someone. It takes a little getting used to getting the hang of it, but once you do it is fun, because for old F**ts like me, I cannot use those controllers with twelve buttons each. These are nice and simple.

I only played the bowling. It comes with bowling, tennis, boxing, baseball and golf. DS tried all of them. The golf is hard, and so is the baseball.

The controllers are in short supply (it only comes with one), and DS could not get an extra one of those.

I want one of those Wii things John! Can we play that on the Dumbotron after we all play Twister?

:teeth: :teeth: :teeth: I just figure out a way to keep the kids quiet for a while. I signed DH & my name to our cards & they are each signing their own names. :thumbsup2 DS is practicing signing his name in cursive too!
Good idea!!!!

We missed you too Becka!

Get well soon!

After five days on the meds, I am finally feeling better!

BTW . . . DS got his Wii today - a friend that works at BBuy told him they would have some, and he got up at 5:30 to get in line. The bowling game is really fun!

:cheer2: Glad your son got the Wii today. We saw it in the Best Buy ad today but of course by the time we saw the ad they were all sold out. :sad2:

DrHug bought 3 of these at the Disney Warehouse on one of our DL trips this year for a buck a piece!! :woohoo: AND he even knew where they were so they are now packed in our DCL suitcase, along with a tie dye one for 70s night!

OOPS, looks like I made the photo go away when I was trying to delete the top two photos. The Mickey Ears hats are the ones we have.

Hmmm, maybe I should drive across town and check out our Disney Warehouse store for these before we go.

Sounds like a plan Carla!

(now I just have to figure out how to filch it from DS, mug the guy who runs the Dumbotron and set it up, and get it to work there, yeah, that's all . . .)

We bought several of the badge holder size ones from that site, and were pleased with them. I don't know if I would trust the larger ones with something of value stored in them.

Okay, well today I think I broke all of the commandments of shopping and now I'm suffering for it.

1. Never never try on fitted dresses during PMS sorry guys I didn't know what else to call it That little (figure of speech) ol' size that you hate being in in the first place goes up when you are bloated. Also when the heck did I get kankles..or something pretty darn close to it. Those cute little flirty shoes just didn't cut it either as they cut into said kankles or what is pretty close to them. I think that's up there with that back stuff.

2. Never try on flirty little shoes when it has been way too long since you had a pedi. :sad2: Having a guy as the salesperson made it worse. Can dry heel skin rip a ped?

Just a side observation - Why do all of the size 0 teens looking for some winter soiree all seem to come out at the same time you are cursing trying to reach the zipper in the dress.

3. Solo dress trying on is great so no one can see you sink to the lows of lows but it sure helps to have someone to zip up the dresses. #3 is - it is impossible to turn the dress around so the back zip is in the front and spin it around (ala a bra - KWIM). First of all the zip won't go up all the way due to the you know - those things that shall not be named are problematic on a good day but PMS - OY ;) and then you still have the same issue trying to twist it back around half zipped just pathetic

Basically I could go on and on and on. Hours later it took me way to long to accomplish this shopping task so I cursed myself and left to head home calling DH for a consoling voice to say sign me up to the gym and he replied "Uhm it's 1 minutes to the end of the game the Patriots are leading..." Yeah, that's when I said the heck with it and went to the Wendy's drive thru. I rarely even eat fastfood but there was no Starbucks around.

Okay - so that was my day. I still have a lot of work work to do vs. cruise work. I have all of that as well. DH started his packing and that would be a whole other post.
:grouphug: completely understand. :grouphug:

I hope I didn't say this already...but I have to call my doctor again tomorrow. My sinus infection is not any better. My left ear is still totally blocked. I am starting week number 4!!!! This must get cleared up before I leave. I do not want to fly with this pressure. It might kill me!!!!
