John, would you like a 12 YO daughter? She is really good and gets along very well with younger kids that aren't actually related...

We were playing with the camers and now she LOVES it!
She was talking about the class she took and the most ear-shattering words left her mouth...

Mom, we need to get a MAC!

Caroline, you made me go into a coughing fit, no fair!

I realize the above with make Kim laugh and Vanessa faint but for us here it is a pretty good little storm. Not earth shattering but problematic at the same time.

No they are all scary! There are always drivers who don't know what they are doing. When we see license plates from warm states we steer clear!

I'd talk with someone in your church that could offer some counseling to him and his mom. That kind of anger is not a good thing for a little guy to have.

I have been thinking that all week, but I wondered if it was a boy thing. Thanks everyone for validating my concern!

My suggestion . . .

Have a cold 6 pack of Carona waiting for Mike, and maybe he won't notice the tubs.

You could do some more too Lisa, but I don't think I want to post that and be a bad boy.

John1

After being on my feet all day ironing clothes, packing & dealing with the kids at the dentist & until 6:30 when DH got home.....forget about it! I am just now sitting down. Besides, the tubs are now back down here ready to go out in the cedar closet tomorrow morning.

You don't want to be on the road in Ohio for the first major storm of the season . . . everyone gets amnesia from year to year of winter driving techniques. And as Kim said - Steer Clear of Warm Weather Plates!

I have to laugh when Amy's sister gets an inch of snow in VA and the whole place shuts down.

So you're getting into the act now too Mrs. Doubtfire?

So I can't spell Beer!

John1

ROFLMAO!!!! I forgot to tell you what DD wrote about the pilgrims!!! :lmao:

She was comparing what the kids did then to what she does now. You know....then wash clothes, grow food....now make bed, go to the store with mommy. Of course on top of her list for then????

hunting for beer

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

I thought that she misspelled bear but nope! She wrote her d backwards so they were suppose to be hunting for deer. Priceless though. :)

I am getting this weird feeling that this cruise may be like the Mexico spring break I never took in college. I may be a little older, a lot bigger and a Mom now but I think I still know how to have a good time with friends - especially strange Internet people!!! :woohoo:

party: party: party:

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Dennis . . .

iPhoto, and apeture if you want to be more of a pro. You have now been exposed to the wonder of an iPod . . . try to imagine that kind of design in the computer too - that is a Mac.

Oh, and Dennis, two more words . . . Garage Band. Easily make and mix your own digital recordings. We will have to show you some of this stuff on the cruise.

How many more vacuums do you need Angie?

No, I asked, he said he wants to blow things up. And if he can't get dynamite, he wants reusable bombs.

:sad2: This would bother me to hear a kid say that but then I also recall so many stories DH told me about his friends... how they'd pour gasoline down ant holes and light them or other things that involved fire and blowing things up. Maybe it's more of just a boy thing than something sinister? :confused3
