I'm actually ok with home stuff and I've done nada re the cruise. I have a question on the tags. We didn't use the Disney transport this time or last time so I know NOT to out it on our luggage coming in but I'm supposed to put it on when we check in aren't we? the tags look different I thought there were 2 sets 2 years ago. Help!

Yes, they changed to putting everyone's docs in one booklet last year and they give the lime green sticking tags instead of the yellow ones that just wrapped around the loop.

DD kept telling me that the turkey was burning. It would set off the smoke alarm in the kitchen because the juice was popping out & falling on the element. OY! I fanned the smoke & it stopped in less than a minute...each time.

I spilled a couple of cups of juice on them. It went up in flames.

Those other tags were junk for many years......

Now the tags when you get off the ship were nice....

Sarah, Amanda, and their cousin put a walkie-talkie on a stuffed monkey. Now Dina thinks the monkey really can talk. She really is cute with it though and very excited. But what about when it is not fun for the big kids anymore? What do I tell her??

Our Open House invitations are almost complete. I of course ran out of ink at the end. At least I won't worry about these while I am on vacation. Now this week I need to take the cat for her shot so she can be boarded and get the mail hold postcard from the post office.

We are hopefully going to decorate the tree tomorrow. It's been up just not decorated. Perhaps tomorrow DD will be back to herself.

On a cool note, DH made me a Thanksgiving sandwich - love those the day after! YUM!

And of course, Amy made us TG sandwiches and baked them in the oven . . . is there some kind of synchronization going on here?

Guilty on this one - DH has done that when we've ordered chinese food. We decided before we call and just when the phone connects he says - hold on a sec. It drives me bonkers to say - excuse me could you hold on a sec.

Oh noooooo . . . another one. Amy can NEVER make up her mind on a menu. Call in, drive through, does not matter. I know before I call or pull up. Amy says wait a minute . . . . happens at restuarants too. They always ask her to order first, because she is the woman, and she always tells them to take my order first.

Carla,

Are you taking Disney transport to the ship from the airport?

We have not done that since the first cruise. I think you would put your tags on as you get your checked luggage and before you load the bus. From there, no worries.
