Karen , I have had the same thought as your DH, and from the picture I posted several days back, others have bought the shirt, it will be interesting to say the least. Do you think he will get it when I look your way and starting laughing as I spot the sea of non-DIS peeps in the shirt.

Pj

That was the reason for the iron on for our group for the back. :thumbsup2

I am finally able to sit down and (hopefully) relax for a few minutes. I really could use a few laughs so I am praying that you guys were really funny today. It looks like everyone was pretty chatty today so that is usually a good sign. :thumbsup2

Was your cow rump good??? :rotfl: I have made them before and liked them.

Actually it was pretty good cow rump! :rotfl: One thing I am not sure of is that it really seemed like it needed salt. :confused3 I never salted a roast before but this one needed it and I didn't know if fresh cow is just lower in sodium than the processed stuff in the grocery store and/or if rump roast is just not as salty? :confused3

Did I happen to mention lately that I love my ipod.

It is so cool. I was just listening to My Marie (country) which I love. Then the next song is a rockin' Goo Goo Dolls song. It is so cool. I love that I can Dis and listen to my music and the whole family can be asleep and I don't bug them!!!

I love that too! In fact I think I will go get my iPod right now! :cool1:

I love my pampered chef apple corer/slicer! I also love my rubber scrapers. I also have the crimped cheese cutter. I don't know what it is really called. It works really well. I also like their pizza cutter. I have lots of other stuff...but those are my favorites.

I borrowed my friends apple corer/slicer today so I can make the apple pies for T'giving. I don't make them enough to justify buying it especially when I can borrow one once a year! :thumbsup2 I love the baking stones, bamboo spoons and the big mixing spoon things.

I down graded because it paid for our Annual Passes!

We downgraded because it is almost enough to cover next year's WDW trip or DH is wanting to take an adults-only anniversary trip next May. We are actually looking at a 5 night Carnival cruise out of New Orleans and it would probably run us about the amount we saved by downgrading. Decisions....decisions... :)

Do you think it would up the post count if we posted every song we listen to on our Ipod's while DISing? :lmao:

It will be in the 80s & 90s on the ship. :thumbsup2

In the 90s? Really? I was kind of hoping for no more than 85 or so. I really don't like hot/humid weather.

It was hotter when we were in port & the sun was beating down on the ship with no movement. The Mickey ear filled with water was like a hot tub. The kids didn't want to get in it.

Wilderness lodge background music, 52 minutes long, lol. watching Heros.

::yes:: so was I!!! My first trip I was 14 and it was so magical. I can remember thinking. I must get a good job so I can come here all of the time. I was smitten at first sight!

I have not told you guys about my first time have I? ;) I always loved Disney and everything Disney and of course as a kid there was no place I wanted to go more than WDW or Disneyland and I wanted my own Dumbo ride just like in the commercials. Unfortunately my parents did not have the money and since Dad was in the Army and we moved all over the place we always spent our vacation visiting family back in Arkansas. When I was 11 my Dad got orders to go to Hawaii and since we were leaving out of LA my parents were going to take a few days and take us to Disneyland. I was so excited. Of course a few weeks later the orders were changed and we were going to Naples, Italy and leaving from Philadelphia. I was one crushed 11 year old.

Of course it was not long after DH ran me over with his bike that he learned about my desire to go to WDW. He jokingly told me within a month or so of dating that if we ever got married he would take me to WDW. When we got married we looked at WDW for our honeymoon but we were poor and it was a bad time. About 2 years later I was looking at taking a trip to the mountains in TN for a long weekend when DH suggested that I start looking into that WDW trip! I was so EXCITED!!!! We booked our trip for December 1999 and it was our "honeymoon" even though we had been married two years already.

DH was not overly excited at first and he thought my planning was kind of crazy but he knew it was a big deal to me. I was actually shaking at the airport before we got on the plane because I was so excited and he would just laugh at me. He was going for me and he really didn't think he would like it. By the end of our first day DH was the one saying We have got to come back!!! I knew I loved him for a reason!!!! :lovestruc I even got my Dumbo ride. I rode by myself and DH got it all on video! It is hilarious. I had the biggest grin plastered on my face and I didn't even care what others thought about a 23 year old riding Dumbo by herself. For that one ride I was that little girl who always wanted that ride. It kind of makes me get weepy even thinking about it. I am such a sap!!!
