Sorry to lose you as a cabin neighbor Becka! Happy you saved so much$$$

Question for anybody, how are we distributing our DIS goodies? Will we search each cabin for a Christmas stocking? I will feel like a Christmas elf!

I think Lisa (or PJ?) was planning on taking a map of the deck plans and marking DISer locations. However, with the mess we have caused in the last two days with downgrading I don't know how we will straighten it out. Some afternoon when my kids need to run off some energy we will go hunting down all the halls and let them find all the stockings for me.

I think DCL is doing this on purpose! They know about us so they're doing their best to push all the DISers into one little area of the ship.

Actually I think you should call DCL and complain about them putting me there (what with worrying about bathroom bats and all ) and when you do make sure you mention that I am claustrophobic and so they really should consider upgrading me to one of those suites.

Close? Aren't they corner neighbors? They could knock on a corner of each other's cabins from the deck plan I'm looking at.

I wish they would push me up too! Last 3 cruises have been verandahs! This time is Cat. 9 window. I will be up on Deck 10 at night, gazing at the lovely moon & stars!

It's more fun that way. I remember our 10 day '04 Cruise across the hall neighbors; family of four; Dad, Mom, and two girls. We didn't really know them at all; not DISers. They had some tiny stockings on their door as decorations, so Angie and I would buy small items in the ports and sneak them into the stockings. We were never caught, and it was so much fun! The last morning, as we were leaving our stateroom, they came out of theirs at the same time and the Mom asked us if we had been the mystery Santas. We had to confess And she thanked us a told us how much they enjoyed that too! Ah, the Spirit of CHristmas.

We are going to take it to each character but probably give it to one of the assistant character CMs to get a couple who may not come out like Ariel.

That is a neat idea. We should institute RAOK (Random Acts of Kindness) to non-DISers on the ship. We can leave a lime green Mickey head as our calling card.

My niece was over today and we were discussing when she would apply for housing. She was afraid she would get assigned too early and would have to leave before Thanksgiving. Anyway, since I will more than likely go down with her, I was looking at the calendar...hmmm, applying now would be best, gives her about.....3 WEEKS til she would want to leave!!!!! Remember? I am going with her?? At the SAME TIME!! Possibly in 3 WEEKS!!!
