He is still coughing on & off and his voice is raspy. I will take him in on Thursday afternoon if he doesn't imrove. He said that his throat didn't hurt as much tonight. I have the vaporizer going in his room again. We'll see how he is in the am.

Ok so back to cruise planning - now that I've eaten that ice cream:

I made the car service reservation
I've made the Cat Inn reservation

Now what do I do? I can't pack - that would just depress me. I bought some highlighters (DD took mine) to go through the navigators from that Oct DD.
Should I be reading up on anything. I would like someone to please take my hand and just lead me through the process.

I told DH this weekend I am so tired of helping and giving that I just need to refuel and if he could just make the decisions without asking me I would greatly appreciate it. That's about where I am now. I think he would have laughed if I wasn't so depressed sounding.

So I got the last book in the Nora Roberts trilogy but what I really wanted was the new JD Robb book coming out - of course its coming out tomorrow. I guess I'll have to wander over to Target again tomorrow.

Oh my new favorite body wash - mango/pomergranate. Love the stuff. I picked that up this evening.

I am. The computer desk is set up in the corner of the family room. The TV is about 6 feet over to my right along the wall so I can hear it & glance over when I want to. Being able to type without looking helps too.

Tomorrow is Election Day so I will be taking my lunch break to go vote. I will be so glad when all of the commercials and phone calls stop! It has been insane here lately and the Senate race in particular has gotten nasty!

I was just kidding asking what Yankee was. We Northerners don't call anything Yankee except "Yankee Pot Pie" So it always makes me laugh to hear or read it. So here is the Jimmie explaination and guess what - it is very specific "Yankee Speak" Jimmies/Sprinkles

Interesting - hey we'll need to ask everyone here. For the record chocolate sprinkles are jimmies and colored ones are sprinkles. I don't know what DH calls them - I need to ask.

I actually have the cable plugged into the motherboard and can watch it while working. However right no the Motherboard is back at the factory getting repaired so al I have is my laptop for the next week or so..

When we moved to NC I was shocked by the number of natives who actually thought that I moved from the North. Yes, VA is north of NC BUT they meant the north as in the Civil War. OY BOY! I finally had to stop their nonsense by pointing out that VA had to be OK since their capital was in our state. They actually tried to argue that Richmond wasn't in VA back then. OY BOY! OY BOY! OY BOY!
