Wow Kim, sorry to hear about that. The problem is, the vaccine does NOT guarantee anything. I know many people(kids) who have still gotten chicken pox so I am sure they can also get shingles.

Bummer! Chicken Pox is not that horrible, but Shingles is.

hooray I caught up! That took forever!!!! DD had a carnival Thursday night, a carnival friday night and another carnival on Saturday. So far we have been through 3 costumes that are too "itchy". In anticipation that we were not looking good for all day at school Tuesday, I went online Thursday night and ordered off the mega sales at disney and took an additional 20% off. It came yesterday and none too soon.... Hopefully this will work!

BTW for those of you wondering this weekend has completely thrown off my calculations about the # of posts we will eventually hit. If things continue at this rate we probably will not even hit 60k. In fact this weekend will probably be enough to ensure that we do not hit 70k before the cruise.

we went to DD's Parent Teacher Conference and COOL THING!!! I found out why her K teacher wanted her to have this teacher. She hates the diebels standardized test and refuses to teach to the test. She says it is more important that the learn to love to read than to read nonsense words quickly. OOOH I like her so much!!!!

I am totally with you on size 10. My perfect DSIS is a 6, but that would take surgery for me to get to.

Kim - I am not disappointed in anyone. We all just had a bit of a life this weekend. That is probably a good thing.

I know some people were asking about the projections and I was giving my opinion. It has been oddly strange around here the last 72 hours or so. It is just a little oddly unsettling....

Amazing Race will start about 20 minutes late due to football so I have a few more minutes online. With it so quiet over here I was actually reading some other boards to get caught up on new WDW stuff for our trip there next year.

That Cinderella bride costume looks so pretty online. DD is not quite old enough for the princess dresses just yet. Maybe next year.....
