Some rates you need the Ding for?? I can't get ding to work on my computer.

I must ask...WTH are dings??? I have been seeing that word used to describe flights but I don't know what they are.

This is where DGS is this evening. Pep band for the football game that they will surely loose! Every school in the area wanted to play Newberg for their homecoming games so they would be assured of winning. Sad

Southwest Airlines. I think it is where you sign up and they send you notification of rate specials. I've always gotten rates on the other airlines at the same or less than SW from here. SW is $159 each way PDX to MCO, I got flights for $263 RT flying Alaska going and United coming home.

ok peeps..... Ding is a software program from southwest airlines that you download onto your computer......

Then you can set it up to pick the airports you want to see the special ding fares.... When a new list is available your computer supposedly dings (like in the SWA commercial.... Ding fares are not available on-line or over the phone.... Yes you can use a credit to purchase them..... Dings are only valid for a short time ...Like say it dinged now...That special may only be bookable within 3 hrs or something like that .....

If you want to rebook a ding fare later on (say a week or month later) you are subject to what ever fares are offered then (not the original fare)
