We got some cute ones....I finally got around to looking at over the weekend.

Jimmies are the kind of oblong ones, and come in many flavors and colors (although non-grocery people here call them all sprinkles). Sprinkles are the plain granulated sugar ones (also in multiple colors) - like what Caroline said.

I had tons of "judges" to vote to keep in office tonight. I started to research them....couldn't find anything so I concluded if they haven't been caught yet they must be pretty good right?

Our Senate race is still too close to call. Going to be interesting to see the results in a few hours (or in the a.m.).

I hope the puppy lover guy doesn't get it.... (you know the one with the puppy in the commercial & then the opponents commercial tells you that the dog isn't even his....)

I'm amazed they don't require you to show proof of identification. Guess they figure it would be too difficult to figure out a name of someone on the voting lists and pretend to be that person?

We have to show proof of identification here, it a new thing and started with this election.

I was wondering the same thing earlier. I figured that everyone was watching Cars with their kids so I did more of the ironing.

I remember DOS very well. I may be one of the few people who can still maneuver in the DOS environment. I have even used it at least once this year.

Yes, I agree that Apple started the "Windows" look and Microsoft has a long history of taking other people's ideas to make their own products (MSDOS for one).

What I was referring to was the fact that the "Innovator" has to stoop to using their ability to run Windows to sell their product. Their new ads play like some of the political ads of this election; putting the competitor down not building themselves up.

The "best" product has not always become the industry standard (remember the Beta videotape machines?) and Windows may not be perfect but it is very good.

Apple should stick to what they sell best .... iPods! (innocently trying to pick on you here)

The irony was not missed.

UGH! In college I had to use Framework to type my papers on the computer. There were DOS and Fortran classes but I managed to avoid those!

Wouldn't that be considered your campaign headquarters? I think that would be another unique place to DIS.

That's funny... Our county has a lot of positions up for election like Treasurer or Orphans Court judges, or recorder of Wills....

I mean what exactly do these people do... (ok i know what a treasurer is)

But does it even matter who you vote for? short of a criminal record...

I watched all of it and agree that she looked great! I lost alot of respect for Faith Hill though due to her rude reaction to hearing that Carrie won the Femal Vocalist award.

Well, I thought I was really doing my homework and man these people don't campaign. Working for a public hospital with a board who all needs to be voted out, wel, I wanted to know which judges were on oxygen, couldn't come up with any. I did do my homework though......

You know that musy have been a split second kind of shot. I watched the entire show - but you know as a mom, well I never even saw that until I read on the CB today. I am highly disappointed if she really meant it. I love her, and have always so much of her. I think this goes against every ounce of the character I thought she was.
