I just booked our cruise today My name is Jennifer and I will be accompanied by my Husband, Scott, and my Daughter who will be 9 at the time, celebrating her 10th (double digits) Birthday while on board. This will be her Birthday cruise. This will be our 3rd Disney Cruise. Our last cruise was December 8th 2007 this was our first meeting with Disboarders!! We had a great time. I need to read some of the past posts to catch up here lol. Looking forward to chatting with you all and meeting you on the cruise.

Sigh - not even close. My DH thinks I'm nuts as I've researching, emailing, etc. for excursion ideas. It ain't even 2010 yet and I think I have them lined up. LOL. A girl needs a hobby.

We are celebrating her birthday while on board but her birthday is Dec. 22 and honestly the price was just better for this trip lol by like 2,000 due to Christmas. I wrote the dates of my cruises in my signature. Are we hanging stockings for little trinkets? On the last cruise each Disboarder hung stockings and brought something for everyone elses stockings. Something small like pencils, pins etc... All the Kids and Kids at heart had a blast checking their stocking each day to find a little surprise.

Yes - The hanging of "stockings" and gift exchange is the "Fish Extenders" (as they hang from the fish at the stateroom door). So I updated you to a "YES" for the Fish Extender.

There's nothing wrong with celebrating a B'Day onboard that is a few weeks away! My mother's is Nov. 23 and mine Dec. 6, so when I took her on a cruise, we did one between those two dates and celebrated both our birthdays.

I'm sorry - I read your post via email notice, which doesn't include siggys but didn't think to look when I got over here on disboards.

We are celebrating our twins birthday while on board. There birthday is actually 2 weeks before the cruise, but I wanted to see the Christmas decorations.

to the cruise! I had just gotten back from a trip to San Diego and Disneyland, so I've got a bit of a Disney fix for right now (though the extension of the free dining plan offer at WDW is kinda tempting).

Welcome Jennifer and family!! My dh John will be 40 on this cruise.. so we are celebrating too ( probably should celebrate our anniversary since it is in Dec too). Our fish extender list keeps growing!! When the time gets closer I will email everyone about it.

Thank you everyone for all the welcomes The fish extenders was a wonderful treat each day, I'm glad we are doing it this cruise too. We needed a disney fix so we are going to Disney World for Thanksgiving break this year!! They are offering the free meal plan then too. I was surprised, but very happy we upgraded the meal package too from quick service to Disney Dining for about the price we would have payed for our Chef Mickey's meal for Thanksgiving night. SO only 3 months and 3 weeks to go. I think I can make it lol.

Well the kids started school this week, so much earlier from when we lived in Ohio. so far it is going okay....the middle schooler is having the hardest time. new schedules, new friends etc etc.

We are thinking of doing the MNSSHP again this year,, its a great time to go, last year we were walking on rides! and not having to get off of some rides.. we rode Big Thunder Mtn railroad 3 times in a row.. I got dizzy

FYI to all: The server where I host our Cruisin' Nuts website is temporarily down again and I am SO PEEVED! I submitted a "support ticket" and I'm sure it will be back up before too long, but this has been happening so often lately that when it is time for my quarterly hosting payment (mid-October) I will probably move this domain to a different host.

You are very welcome!

I enjoy doing the site, as this is going to be a really FUN and different cruise. It's just frustrating when things don't work, so I'll maintain the site in those two locations until I transfer the domain to the more reliable host. Everything seems to be fine now, but I have little tolerance for sites that don't work. I don't expect anyone else here to either.
