Still no tree for BWV???
We will be at VGF from Nov 30-Dec 7. Can I add our name to the list of recipients for a couple of days? Thanks!!!
You need to contact the coordinator for VGF, SpaceMountain77. I would suggest a PM. I PM'ed you as well.
This is only the list of coordinators for all resorts with trees. Each resort has its own coordinator, and most resorts have a thread where you can ask to share a tree. I would refer you to the VGF thread, but I am not sure if there is one yet. (If there is, I would love the link to add to this thread.)

I am not sure if there's a tree, but that's the thread!
Great to see this back again, We loved our tree last year for christmas/ DD 2nd birthday!
Can I make a suggestion to the coordinators?
I would make a spreadsheet in google docs for all the resorts and have the coordinators all share the information to make it easier on split stays and trees.
Last year we stayed in AKV,VWL,VB and OKW. We asked to have a tree for any leg of the trip and we got one at AKV. Mr. Shiny was able to see who was splitting and what would be the best use of trees, while this year I would have to be on 3 lists and might have a tree at 2 or 3 resorts while others staying the same days as others that didnt get a tree at all.
Good Luck and Have FUN.
All right, all right. I will donate a tree to BWV, and will need it from 12/16 to 12/19. I can pass it to the next DVCer on 12/20. And since no one else seems likely to step up, I will try to coordinate the tree exchange.![]()

I understand the work involved, I thought that if everyone was going to be making a spreadsheet anyway why not use one for everyone!Yes, this was why having a single coordinator in MrShiny made it easier to see who was where and make things more "fair". This also created entirely too much work for 1 person, and helped to cause MrShiny's burnout, I think. Each coordinator is operating on a first come, first served basis, rather than the orchestration of (last year) 58 families and I don't know how many tree sharing days. Maybe less fair in the long run, but splitting up the work is what allowed the tree sharing to continue, as no one (myself included) wanted to take on ALL of it. I am extremely grateful to bobbiewoz for coming up with this idea, because we were really in danger of the 11th annual exchange not happening and having it all end with the 10th.
